a little late to the party, but down to answer some questions 👀

Going to rehash fluffystars ideas, I think this could be your pup

- Colored tag
- Ear tufts like 2021 dog
- Horns that look similar to 2022 dog
- Outside "item" like the 2022 dog as well
- Style of the hair and the coloring at the ends looks similar to both past staff dogs

Reasons:
Well first obv reason.. it's in your sig.
It uses all the colors (i think)
It looks definitely like it would enjoy summer
Could def also be in the 90s! (pastel)
The speckling and the fact that it's standing beside a flower look whimsical/fantasy
