i'm not quite perceptive enough to be able to discern who today's growth might belong to , but i Did only just notice now it's got that slight smile edit that some dogs have - maybe this would be a hint for someone who knows an artist who uses it a lot ? (the pet is quite dark , so i wasn't sure how immediately noticeable this is !)

Does your pet have any props (tools, instruments, toys, books, etc.)?

Is your pet wearing "human" clothes (glasses, scarves, shorts, etc.)?

UMMMM I've come to realise I think I need to change my answer for the second one to... kind of yes? Depending on how you interpret it

Perhaps your pup isn't wearing clothing, so to speak, but perhaps wearing something on their face?

As to the hint with the berries, maybe a type of berry pie...to the face.

So glad someone else thinks that pup might be vamprics I’ve thought since it popped out of its blanket it might be but was hesitant to guess it

If that pup is NOT vamp's I will be VERY SHOCKED! hehe, that looks a lot like their art style!!

But funny story: my first idea was making a puppy that looks very similar to this one (adult stage). Since I scrapped that idea, I was so excited to see somebody else coming up with this cutiepie!

My guess was denied by Desmond. Silly me making the assumption that if my eyes are pink and my toes are not as an adult, most likely I had the SAME colors as a child. But I guess as a newborn, eyes do look blue and may change colors as we get older, so I will give Desmond that. still not sure about how my nose color will change naturally, but what do I know. Obviously not much

So, since the eyes and nose colors really don’t matter anymore at this stage, my next guess is this pup



The tag is long and unedited, the tail is long, the ears are pointy, the pup has patterning but his 2015 & 2018 & 2022 pups had a lot more details, and Desmond has edited eyes in the past (2014). So it is possible that due to the way the hints are eluding to natural disasters as they pertain to the way humans react/prepare for them, more detailing was required to depict this in the pup. I was looking at the all yellow with the hockey arena design, but only because of the nose/toes details and not because of the design, but now I changed my mind with Desmond’s clarification.

Another thing is Desmond does get his influences for his pup’s design form animals, so the patterning on this pu could have been designed after some animal in the wild, like this zebra born with spots instead of stripes, or a wildcat whose spots are more elongated,



So here is another guess for you to deny look at!

- Pixels - shows up more as adults
- Simple first stage - not simple, but 2022 was not simple either
- Long tail - yes
- Pointy ears - yes
- Sparkles - not yet but could come
- Close with Aaron - ❤️
- No first stage line edits - 2019 had edited eyes and. 2021 had edited mouth and head
- Final stage line edits - TBD
- Watermark edits - yes for 2 of 3 so top one is probably not it

fluffystar and I are both leaning towards the second one right now.
