We need your feedback on an update to the rarity system!

okay so, i made some edits to goji dragon's bars to be more in style with the site rarities! here's my edits, and some examples of how they look in use!



i totally understand them feeling a bit cluttered, but i am a big big fan of these!! i just think they're adorable personally! i also am a huge fan of the color scheme used in these ones too!

these look so much cleaner then my original quick rendition!!
It's really cool seeing these on the pets themselves

although I think these are still my personal favorite out of all of the suggestions


what I want the most is just that common, uncommon and rare keep their current colour and standing ٩(•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑)

Looks a lot better, but still feels cluttered to me. If there’s a bar already, why do we need stars?
Sorry if I’m being a little pessimistic lately, I just wanna keep the rarity bars the same XP

Same, I think all the colors for the current rarities should stay the same

^^^ no don't worry, I also agree, I would like to see what it would look like with te new rarities without ALLL the stars and just the one that's needed. I think it looks nice but there's just something missing (or a bit too much there)

i edited it to have only 1 star on each one! i didn't originally save them with the bar intact so it might look a bit odd if you look close, i had to edit them to get them to match correctly and stuff lol
i also changed the first and last rarities to the omg ones instead, since i saw simon mention that they didn't plan on changing them!

i did realize that this rarity system only adds 3 new rarities, but i think it's perfect! i personally feel as if there's not necessarily a need for another common rarity. 3 for common, 3 for uncommon, 4 for rare, seems good to me, as i feel rare+ is the gap that really needs figuring out, and more scrutinized rarities. i like that every two rows match up with one another, as well. i also like that in both goji and pyromaniacal's suggestions, they use half stars as opposed to notches like the original post of this thread uses. i feel like it flows a lot nicer than the notches would, and still allows the stars to stay at the size they originally are, as with notches they'd need to be significantly shrunk to be readable as notches (as shown on the op as well)

Yeah... I think this is it. :Q Still not sure about the "not so common" rarity since it feels vague, but I think the icons are perfect.

Thank you, I really like the singular star. It looks much cleaner and less visually overwhelming
