[300+ SUPPORT!] Make rereleases better/more rereleases

Throwing this on here because the thought occurred to me: Adding a box to get 3-8 uncommon pets. Uncommon pets are also finite and are more subject to hoards, leading to there being less in the pool to trade. (Particularly holiday/event pets)

I don't know if anyone else has also suggested this (haven't read through all 14 pages ^^), but I think it be awesome to have whole legacy litter releases for special events. That would be a great opportunity for new players. Haven't really thought about the repercussions but there's no perfect fix to this issue anyways it seems.

Not sure how it would work [possibly just grabbed from the pound!] but this is cool. Some uncommons are harder to get than rares in general.

I might have an idea? I’ve read that the pound has a huge amount of unseen pets. What about an day where you click some “adopt” button on the pound and it gives you a random group of like five random pets?

Might wanna just ignore me I’m not 100% sure of how the site works

Huge support! On a website built around collecting pets I don't believe it's a particularly bad thing for the rarities to turn a bit more common, it makes sense since CS has been around for so long. Even huge titles like WoW offer services like boost to the max level when buying the game and weekly chances to get some rare loot that's been around forever.

As a new player a lot of us are faced with so much trouble trading up to dreamies. It's become increasingly hard to get older pets and if your dreamy is an older rare pet (before 2010) you basically are faced with "it will most likely never happen" so it would be nice for newer players to get some more chances to ease trading and we have a chance at dreamies too. Overall I don't see a downside to more rereleasing~

Personally I don’t really mind if it’s additional pets on Dec 18 or another date but in my opinion this is the only thing which might break the inflation bubble gripping CS. We need to put a lot more of the really rare older pets into circulation through rereleases. I think the vast majority of the site would prefer non-store pets remain obtainable, not on a level with old retired store pets, which is after all the point of Dec 18 rereleases in the first place.

While I understand the frustration for people who want them, I don’t think retired store pets or store items should ever be rereleased regardless of the method used. CS has stated all along that store pets and the limited time store items are meant to be their limited editions as a thank you for users spending real money to support the site. Going back on that promise would be like a company making a limited edition collectors item and then 15years later saying “oh wow, those items are so rare, expensive and popular that we’re going to ignore that we originally limited them to 1000 and restart production”. I would be all for CS releasing pets similar to the old retired store pets for people who love the design and can’t afford them, but not the exact same pets.

Non store pets (and items) are a completely different matter and should never reach the level of old retired stores imo.
