After exploring the caves for a while, Bandit bumps into Jakob! It's good to see a friendly face and they agree to team up. They're able to psych each other up when bats try to scare them off and they keep going. When they get to the usual end point of the journey, since the heat in the cave system gets unbearable, they decide to push on a little further since they have an extra pair of eyes this time. They uncover a whole new area - The magma caves!

It's best to be careful here... it's a very rocky area with lots of stalagmites and you wouldn't want to be anywhere near the lava! They decide to head back for today and maybe explore further when they've stocked up on water and other cooling supplies.

They each gain 5 XP.

(This is the final area! I'll update the main post soon to add it. The stats of Shoved Away Caves will also change, so you might want to hold off on playing until I update )

Bandit and Jakob meet at the entrance and go over their equipment. This time, they brought enough water to make the trip down to the magma river. As soon as they get there, excited over their new discovery, a bat seemingly made of fire emerges from the bubbling river and chases both of them away! (Your fear rolls: 2 and 6) D: Each flurret loses 5 XP.
