god. that is SUCH a hard question. anybody in my dreamies folder, really. but i'll go with toasty.

i got this lil guy for free from a quitting player. i cried, i think. it's crazy how emotional a pixel pet can make you. the person was also really nice! but again, almost all of my dreamies were gifted to me and each one has a lot of sentimental value. i LOVE them so much.

So I got him as a dec 18th pet. Sorta just sat in my favorites group. Bout a year ago though, I joined the furry fandom. I had no idea what coloring I should do. I ended up turning this guy into my fursona. He got the name Gizmo, I had art of him made. He became my friendly, good vibes, free hugs, fursona.

Pet's name: Keeper
Back in the day, having a pet act as a mascot for your trade rules was in style. Most people used their dreamies or most valuable pets to represent them, so there were lots of sunjewels, raven dogs, cerberus and the like being used. But I wanted something different, something special that no one else used. When Halloween 2011 came around, this was not one of the most popular pets to come out of the event. He flew under the radar compared to the others and I thought he was absolutely perfect. Cool but subtle, a character completely unique to me. His name is shortened from his original title: "Keeper of the Rules."
Now his face is on CS avatars and stamps, and I see him featured in players' sigs often enough, so I can no longer claim him as my completely unique representative, but that hasn't mattered for a long time. Even if he was everyone's favorite pet and each user had a dozen of him I would still want him to represent me. I love him a lot. And I hope new users will also find a pet special to them. A pet doesn't have to be old and rare to be special. It just has to be special to you. :^)


Which pet of yours has increased in value the most during your time on CS? (If you're new, which of your pets do you think is the most likely to increase in value?)

mm, that's actually a really tough question because i don't really follow value lists/know the value of my pets. but i do know that store pets seem to increase in value rapidly over time.

therefore, i'd have to say him! i unfortunately traded away all the other rats from the set, but i love milk so i kept him. i'm not sure their demand but i think they were relatively popular when they came out? anyway, i joined in 2020 and these were released in 2021. i don't have any really rare pets currently from that time!
