I feel like this is something I would have thought about sooner if I havenβt been working as a cashier during tax free weekend (Iβm normally stocking at my retail job, but weβve been shorthanded the past four days). Regularly interacting with humans in-person is exceptionally draining.

Also:

- an eastern gray squirrel?

... and

- an Eurasian red squirrel?

... and

- an Abert's squirrel?

I snipped the frogs since I cannot confirm their inspirations, haha
The first two are correct, they are the Eastern Gray and Eurasian Red!
The third is actually a Guayaquil Squirrel!

The Abert's is this little guy

And I believe I saw at least one person guess correctly that this one is a Prevost Squirrel!

The little ones are:

Least Pygmy Squirrel

Least Chipmunk

13 Lined Ground Squirrel

Groundhog, which are apparently just grumpy ground squirrels, haha
I can't remember is I confirmed all of these or just some so here they all are, haha
The unnatural ones are just recolors of the others using some foresty/camping themes
They are so colourful! You forgot a favourite... the fox squirrel.

He tends to be a large reddish-gray squirrel that likes to throw its weight around. Much larger than most other squirrels, he proliferates the US by more than 1k. Only one other squirrel has been seen is the black one. I don't know if it's a fox morph or not, but I've been told we have blacks.
