The otters are from the fishing game, as are the fish tokens & trash items. The friendship bracelet snakes & rocks are randomly given from the arts & crafts table instead of friendship bracelet tokens. There’s an outcomes thread on this forum that’ll show you exactly how and where to get things with links to the event page.
