2023 Summer Event: Pet, Item & Event Discussion

I know they are legs, but I keep seeing this pet as a little sitting bat with its wings folded, and with claw hooks where the wings bend backwards. It makes me wish we get sitting hamster bats for next halloween with this type of lineart (with more pronounced wings of course)





I also want to say that I really love this year's summer event with all the realistic pets we've gotten (especially the wolves, and bears, and pine martens, and owls, and felines, and the fish and nature items). I'm a sucker for realistic pets, but the cryptids and other pets have been beautiful too. Thank you to all the people who participated in creating this event for us! <3

I'd assume the blue frog to be moor frog, especially that the other species seem to be European

Saw someone ask about the dragon; I was inspired by the tokens being beads and crows liking shiny things. Dragons also like shiny things! So I made a crow-dragon! I'm glad everyone liked it!

I am over the moon obsessed with the literal sunback. Its so cute!

I snipped the frogs since I cannot confirm their inspirations, haha

The first two are correct, they are the Eastern Gray and Eurasian Red!
The third is actually a Guayaquil Squirrel!


The Abert's is this little guy


And I believe I saw at least one person guess correctly that this one is a Prevost Squirrel!

Groundhog, which are apparently just grumpy ground squirrels, haha

I can't remember is I confirmed all of these or just some so here they all are, haha
The unnatural ones are just recolors of the others using some foresty/camping themes
