Cale Darkwind~Apprentice Spy

Cale listened to the coyotes speaking from the dark corner of the cave, a low growl escaping his jaws. Unable to take the rage at being treated like this any longer, he gave a tremendous leap past Alanna and out of his dirty prison. He whirled on the guards, his eyes blazing with rage and his heart beating furiously. A coyote guard sent up a yipping call. "The dark one has not learned his lesson yet. Attack him!" The coyotes swarmed over Cale, tearing his fur, fastening their teeth into him. Blood began to color his black fur red and he felt himself weakening as they came at him from all directions. Even though he would never give in willingly to these beasts, he was an apprentice spy, not a page. His fighting skills were not the greatest. He gave a last mournful howl and fell to the ground, dust billowing up from the impact. The coyotes did not relent but still came on, ruthlessly tearing into him until he was hardly able to stay conscious.
At last, they grew tired of their helpless victim. He was dragged by the back of his neck back into the dark hole. The head coyote guard crouched down and whispered in his ear before leaving. "Don't try that again, wolf. I think we both know who is in charge here. The reign of wolves has come to an end. The coyotes shall rule over all."

Alvena Icefall~Apothecary

Alvena lifted her head, alert. Something was not as it should be. Even though the sun was shining brightly, a shadow seemed to fall across the land. I had hoped that my dreams were wrong, but it looks as if peace will not last long for the young king.

Slade hung back after Tristen told him, growling lightly to himself. Why had he retired? The suspense would kill him. Slade watched as all the kights fled the camp, claws and teeth at the ready.

Anona looked around again for a partner and seen no one, she growled and took off after the pack, maybe she would find one on the way. If she didn't, oh well. She followed the rest of the pack through the woods to where Alanna had been.

((Alanna was captured by coyotes and is with Cale, a wolf who's being held captive as well. and Thane's going to rescue them. Oh, and I was also thinking about advertising this on WolfQuest and making a site for us to RP on. Would anyone object to that?))

i wouldnt be able to get to the site on my iPod...and i'm on it more than ever

at the moment i use the laptop...since there isn't wi-fi

but once i get back to texas, i'll be on the iPod more since the computers are always in use there...
