Is a hero cat needed? If so I'd love to play said cat, as I've never played a hero cat.

Not really, Fire. The closest we'd get to a "hero" cat in this rp is someone that either A. Convinces Ratstar to name a deputy or B. Convince their clan-mates to overthrow Ratstar b/c he's being a crap leader rn - though that's no fault of his own. Though someone who just kind of throws themself into a pseudo deputy - ie assigning patrols and stuff, could be seen as a hero too.
The Medicine cats will get a general idea of why Starclan has been silent for a while, within the first few days of rp.

since mentors have been assigned, i woul dlove to discuss the relationships between my cats that have an apprentice or mentor!

@Rae'tia - how do you feel mintpool would be with mousepaw? i feel like mousepaw would be a bit intimidated by her mentor, always striving to do her very best to make xem proud.

@anathema - i feel as though hornpaw would absolutely look up to sablethroat, almost like a big brother type thing? hornpaw would admire the dedication sablethroat has to his job and would want to be just like him.

@Queen of flames - i feel as though moonstep would be a bit protective of berrypaw in a way? like, if he was bouncing around all crazy energy and other cats were getting annoyed by him, she would step in to verbally defend him while also gently herding him away to avoid getting hurt by others words.

I think Rustpaw and Asterfall might get along... like cats
and dogs maybe, but it'll be an interesting relationship.
With both of them being competitive, Rustpaws short
temper, and Asterfall's skewed morals... it's probably
going to be explosive no matter what.

*broken, that would be adorable c: sablethroat definitely misses his siblings from his loner days as a kit, so having a little brother figure in his life would make him so happy.

i think i'm going to make a third cat (who'll be a she-cat warrior on the younger side, maybe ~24 moons) so if anyone needs a sibling, grown-up kit, love interest, or anything along those lines just lmk and i can cater her backstory to that :) if anything an established mate would be great because i could make her a soon-to-be queen, and then there could be some kits later on!

I'd offer Asterfall as a possible mate, but he's still mourning Spottedpetal. Though he'll eventually be open for a crush again.
Hm, on the kin aspect, I can offer, adoptive or blood relations to Pinepaw and Mintpool.

Goldenpoppy has or may have a crush on Shay or maybe Asterfall too. She is open to possible other kin/ siblings from her father's side. Open for enemies and friends.

Ratstar has a crush on Mintpool, he is open to possible siblings or other kins. As well as enemies and great friends.

Flaredust has or will have a crush on Sablethroat and also she is open to friends and enemies. She is open for barn cat siblings and other kin out of the clan.

Berrypaw is open for crushes - a little bit of thinking either Pinepaw or Hornpaw... He is open for friends and enemies.

( description ) sadie is a beautiful long-haired calico she-cat with splotches of a darker rust orange and dark brown/black as well as a lighter brown going all down her body. She has shiny healthy fur that catches the light, shimming in the warm rays, showcasing her softer life as a kittypet, along with the collar that adorns her neck. She also has yellow eyes that seem almost honey-like in the sun.
( who she is) sadie is a kittypet cat and has been for the whole of her life. She lived a relatively normal kittypet life, comfy and warm inside a loving home belonging to twolegs, she has always been interested in the other cats that live around her, but is also not afraid to let them know that she isn't a cat to be messed with. Sadie fell in love with another cat called Jasper who was a stray cat who kept visiting her, and he eventually got adopted into the family. The two were inseparable, Jasper was always a meek cat who was more of a pushover whereas Sadie wasn't afraid to let others know her mind, but also would help any that needed her help. Jasper was killed by rogue cats which devastated Sadie and she vows to get her revenge or at the very least never let it happen again, she is the wrong cat to cross but is loyal to a fault to those she loves. Sadie still lives with her twolegs but is finding being in the same place that her mate was once in is proving more and more difficult for her to stand, she loves her twoleg owners, but looking in the same places that he once was is causing her too much emotional pain
