These three pets are found as a random drop from the arts and crafts table, which you would get instead of a friendship bracelet:

They're not found from the banner, but people may be referring to them as banner pets because other events (such as Halloween) have pets that rarely drop from the banner rather than tokens.

I believe the banner limit is 200 or 250, but I haven't seen anyone hit it yet so I'm not certain. You can view your token count here!

Ok, this is a weird question and I don't know if it's in the right place? I want to post on the swap/trade boards what pets I have/want but I don't know how people get pictures of their pets? I know I've done it before but it's been a while and I don't remember, thanks for any help!

Some people grab the images from the outcomes thread here
(Just press 'Quote' on the right side and grab the images you want)

And some will post their pets individually by going to the pet page and copying the code there.
