I just want a friend I can go to and be next to :(
I keep imaging myself on voice calls or trying to play minecraft with friends but that's never going to happen and I don't even like voice calls but I just want to interact with someone so badly and in more then just a brief way

i feel like such a loser lol i’m at the beach and i’m sat away from everyone cuz my friend took a group photo and my body looked terrible. ruined my mood entirely, i wish i was comfortable in my skin

im starting to. not want to associate with anyone. which is bad because im so dependant on people but it hurts when i mention a problem with something and said person denies and ignores it. its. not. a nice feeling?? i know friendships wouldnt last long.

I just want her to be ok. I can't call the vet yet. I hope my little Mable's ok. She deserves much better than this. I can tell she's miserable right now

im stuck at home, sick, with covid or something similar
im a casual worker - i get no sick pay - so im losing upwards of $200 today. i was offered work i could do at home, but im too sick for even that

i work outdoors doing equine therapy - i walk up to 20,000 steps a day. i really dont enjoy sitting at home, rotting in bed. today's weather is the best its been all winter, and i cant even go outside

i feel so unwell. my body aches, my head hurts, my ears are so blocked, my throat is so congested i can hardly talk, and im nauseas too. im too hot and too cold

i dont have a thermometre, but my body temp is so hot that every cool damp towel i sit on my head becomes very, very warm within 20 min

ive already has as much paracetamol and ibuprofen as i can - actually slightly too much because i misread the label at the peak of my fevered delirium. ive got a needle phobia so im not vaccinated for covid - last time i passsed out - so im being hit hard

if anyone has any ways to cope with being this sick, or having a rocking high fever, please give me your strategies. this sucks rip

  edit: my dad keeps telling me how jealous of me he is, and idk how to handle it. like, idk i get he's sad because most likely he'll never get selected for jury duty, but i just, idk. i'm very freaked out about it and the last thing i want to do right now is console someone else about how they don't get to do the thing that i have to do
