There's a possibility that you will get a snake or a rock at the friendship bracelet table every 60 minutes. This post shows you what tokens or token pets have been released.

yep its from the arts and crafts station and sometimes instead of getting a bracelet you get a snake or a rock

The friendship snake pets and the pet rock all come from the arts and crafts table (banner) with the 60 minute cooldown! As taken from the Outcomes Thread, every time you collect from the table you will "receive one token OR pet". ^^
