Adair and Callista had gotten up as soon as Thane burst into the camp, frantically shouting. Coyotes. On the Western Boarder. The same kind of rotten animals that had killed their mother. Callista gave a low growl before she padded toward Rowan, her brother following behind her. Her muscles were already tense, as if she expected the coyotes to burst into the camp clearing at any minute.

Adair watched his sister. He could tell she wanted to go right now and shred each and every one of them to pieces. Truthfully, he felt as if she shouldn't go, but he knew he, not anyone would be able to make her not go. She would go, no matter what. She still wanted revenge. When his sister and mother had been attacked by a group of coyotes, at least seven or eight of them were there. She'd only been able to kill one off after they killed their mother. If there was the chance that they were the same coyotes...he would fight beside her.

:Tristen Farsight:
He rose to his paws quickly and padded over to the agitated King's side. "Knights! To me!" He cried, raising his deep voice to rise above all the others. He wasn't entirely sure of what was going on, but he'd caught enough to know one of their packmates had gotten caught by coyotes, and it was up to them to have her back. He raised his tail and barked a set of orders. "Form ranks! Pair up and let's go! There's no time to waste!" He didn't bother taking a partner for himself, if a wolf wanted to join up with him then fine. He knew himself capable of defending himself. He eyed his Knights gathering, waiting impatiently, paws tingling.

:Arianna Bloodheart:
Hearing the First Knight bark out orders made her quickly search for a wolf to pair up with, but stopped herself. As much as she wanted to rush in herself, she was only a Spy. She slipped aside to be out of the immediate line of action. Instead she hovered, then looking in the direction her Master Spy had taken, and whined, they were taking too much time!

Anona gathered beside Tristin and waited forth orders to go. Once heard she fled, then looked around for a wolf to pair with.

Slade padded into the ranks. "I'm coming as wIth. I will fight." The elder was speaking from his heart. He still had it in him to fight.

Kalisha CopperRun

Kalisha launched herself into her mode that normally took over, her body going into over ride with everything she knew. The female never really was much one for partners, not wanting to look after anyone or have any one look after her. She pulled up close to Tristen, her tail wagging slightly with the up coming excitement. She knew not what the major problem was, but if Tristen called, the female knew it was important. She lowered her haunches, trying to calm her nerves with the upcoming thoughts that flooded her mind about what was to go on.

Liam Stargaze

Liam had been wandering though the trees when he could feel his pelt stand on end with the different emotions sparking through the air. He perked his ears, trying to get as much information as he could. But there was no one near him at the time, as he hadn't come across anyone in a while. He picked his pace up to a gentle lope, weaving through the trees with skill only he knew, hoping to come across someone.

_Rowa dashed after Tristen, his heart thumping with fear. They could not loose Alanna.

Once the order to go was given, Callista began running, not waiting to pair up. She heard paws thudding behind her and allowed herself a glance to see who it was. Adele. Callista kept on running, calling over her shoulder, "No, Adele. You stay here!" With that, she entered the forest, following the other wolves to where the coyotes were. When she caught the scent of Allana(sp?) and the coyotes, she sped up.

Adair watched his sister bolt off without a partner. Was she crazy? He looked around at the other wolves
before shaking his head, taking off after his sister.

((you think it would be interesting if they were the same coyotes that attacked their mother...?))

:Tristen Farsight:
Seeing a few wolves take off without a partner made him growl, it was only a precaution as he didn't know how many coyotes had attacked. "No Slade, you must stay here! Guard the camp!" He flicked his tail forward and leaped forward, pushing off strongly into a fast lope, ears back against his head as wind passed through his dark fur. Glanicng behind him he was rewarded with his Knights pounding behind him. He then kept his eyes ahead, weaving around the trees expertly. He burst into the clearing with a harsh snarl, eyes darting around for the familiar menaces.

:Arianna Blooheart:
She skittered backwards out of the pack's way, holding herself back until the main group was well away. Then she pushed herself into a fast lope, keeping just behind the main group. As usual, she kept as close to the thick trees as she could without running into them, leaping nimbly over their large roots. Her eyes lit up as the clearing came into sight just ahead.

Allan planted his paws firmly on the ground, ready and wating for a wolf to pair with. He looked at Liam who also seemed to be waiting, and flicked his tail in question if he would pair up with him in the ranks. The sooner they prepared, the sooner they could leave to help Alanna.

Alanna slowed her breathing, with it, her heart slowed as well. Tactical breathing, she called it. It soothed the body and mind, making for clear thinking and quick desicion making. She was still slightly out of commision from when the coyote had struck her dead between the shoulders, but she wasn't down for the count. She waited. Listened. Calmly taking in her situation. "Put her in with the other wolf!" She heard the leader snarl as she was thrown into a small holding cave. One coyote followed and circled her once, looking her over. "Get out." She growled lowly, and in seeing the coyote preparing to snap at her, she lunged at him, and took his back into her fangs. With a yelp in surprise, the coyote stuggled in her grip. She threw him to the entrance and snarled at him as he ran out of the cave with his tail between his legs. "You wait... That is no where near the pain you'll feel once my pack finds you..." She said lowly, watching as the leader took up a sentry post next to the entrance of the holding cave. "Silence. It is time you wolves learned your true place. Soon, your pathetic pack will be slaughtered before your very eyes. I might even make you watch." He said in a sadistic tone, chuckling to himself as he heard Alanna growl furiously. Lead them to me Thane... They need you to find me in this camp. I have faith in you, Thane.

Callista soon spotted her leader and sped up to catch up to him. Her ears were pinned back against her head as she jumped over a cluster of bushes, into the coyotes' territory. Once she saw them, she snarled, her lips pulling back to expse bared teeth. She crouched down into an attack position, waiting for the order to attack.

Adair soon caught up with both his sister and the leader, jumping over the bushes and landing behind his sister, a growl erupting from his throat. As he waited for the order to attack, he surveyed they area.

_Rowan cursed as it began to rain, wiping away the trail. "Damnit!" he snarled, coming to a halt.
