from the fishing game you can get both pets and items! e.g.;

I’ve done like 4 pulls of just the stupid fish items, I wanna cry even though I’m an adult ..

same :( 5 tries and only one otter from it. luckily someone was kind enough to trade me one of their extra otters for 3 fish, but i feel like it should just be easier for us to get the pets, or the pets and the items should be separate, rather than just having to hope you can find someone to trade. this is really making me sad and it's just not a good move on the cs team's part in my opinion. i hope they see how many people are upset with this and don't do this again for future events

I gotta say I adore the fishing game, it's optional and you can wait to get the pets later on down the line of the event or even just wait to trade for them but it's just a fun little game of chance to get some pretty neat pets and items!!

So are the braclet snakes token trade ins or are they a random chance from when you get the friendship bracelets? I know that there's also those mules/donkey ones you can get from braclet trades

the snakes are random chance [aka the summer event equivalent of banner pets] if you get a bracelet instead of a pet then you can trade it in for the mule/ donkey!

this has been done before in at least one summer event i remember, not sure which one, where you got a pet or items. i sadly dont think theyll be changing this one ;u;
