Is this fair? im not sure of the demand or worth of the pets on their side

UR Apple (0.25 Nons = 3-4 MA) + 2x Regular VRs (4x 09 rares = 0.5 MA) =3.5-4.5 MA

For

Purple sleipnir = 2-3 MA

I'd say this is pretty fair if not slight overpay for the sleipnir c:

I would actually have to disagree! The purple sleipnir is worth .25n based off recent trades, however some users value lists higher if they’re true date, such as the sleipnir in this case. I personally value my TD sleipnirs between .25-.5n, so based off that alone i personally wouldnt accept this. The sleipnir also is considered higher demand than the apple, so you’d be better off keeping the sleipnir as its easier to trade with.

Store pets are guaranteed to grow in value but only after several years (for reference, stores from 4 years ago are now worth 1 2009 R/ea). The dachshunds are currently worth 1 2011 rare each (Unsure of their popularity!).
All that being said, the pets on your side have decently good demand (especially the space event pets!)
Here's my advice - If you care more about increasing the value of your collection, keep the stores? If you care more about the design of the pets, I'd probably keep your side.

Arabians are worth at least a quarter Non (unsure if you made a typo?)

So, Arabian = 0,25-0,5 Non = 3-7 MA

You have;
5 koi dogs = 0,5 MA/ea = 2,5 MA
3 Grown dragon cats = 0,5 MA/ea = 1,5 MA
Total= 4 MA

I would say this is fair.
