I've decided to open the staff search page a bit early to keep interest going and try to keep my motivation up. The genetic document and genetic visual guides are still incomplete however they are majority completed and can be used as reference for what is available. Feel free to mark or send in entries/forms for whatever position is available on the staff search if you're interested!

UPDATE!
Staff Search now has listed slot amounts open! Of course anyone can enter or be hired for multiple positions. The current positions we need are Artists, Moderators, Event and Challenge Organizers, and an Icon Creator. There is likely to be other positions or more slots open in the future if we get bigger or as we implement more things.

Custom designs won't be available until the first Full Artists are hired and will be located on the SFA Store where their prices and openings will be advertised.

Currently it is not certain if a nursery within SFA will be available, let me know if there is interest in that or not. If there is interest, a separate nursery artist position will be made alongside a separate artist search with more details. Nursery artists will need to learn genetics unless we can find someone who can make a system for breeding rolls.

If anyone has any experience making generators that could make coats for litters or to help staff generate ideas easier please do contact me!

If you know anyone who would be interested in any position listed on the staff search absolutely send them our way! We're still in the process of setting things up but I am hoping to be up and open and starting up some time next month.

I think a nursery could be good, but...maybe have a cooldown? Or just limit the breeding slots per pet

I likely would default to a cooldown if we did do one, slots doesn't feel fair given its not a species its just some silly little genetic designs done by a handful of people.

Something other groups do that could be useful is limiting individuals to one breeding a month, especially when there aren't many artists yet! Gives others more chances for breeding openings in the nursery, where having a cooldown means the same person can apply for multiple breedings within shorter timespan if they have more pets.

I believe that's what a breeding cooldown is. That's what I actually meant by my post above.

That would be how i would set the breeding cooldown! a month wait per person rather than per oc
