The archive uses user IDs to keep track of users. If you don't know what your user ID is, all you need to do is take a look at your profile link and copy the numbers at the very end of it, ie. my profile link looks like this:

so my user ID is 1004749!

Please read the notes before posting your form! As a quick reminder, each redesign/revamp is allowed two months after the last approval.
The forms related to starter design have been merged into one as of 11th Dec 2023.


STARTER MYO - design actions

action type: creation/redesign/revamp - if you're not sure what to put here, feel free to ask our staff via CS or Discord.

The artist has been made aware of their TOS override by igni TOS.
reference: if your starter was made on oekaki, you're required to post both the thread link and an off-oekaki link to the reference (ie. hosted on Discord, TH). This is because the oekaki link changes along with any alterations made to the picture, and any changes to your starter have to be approved.
trait list: required traits don't need to be mentioned.
previous denials: if your previous form for the same igni was denied, please link back to the post where its denial is listed.
most recent design approval: if redesigning or revamping, please link to the post made by our staff approving the igni's last design action, otherwise leave blank.
