Should either of these hoard categories be removed or altered?

No different than this one which hasn't been updated in years despite the owner being active. It's just not a priority for them.

This thread gets updated monthly or so. I posted my bw hoard in may and it's on the front page.

Editing to add a quote taken from the first post.

I will go through posts monthly to update broken hoards, and every three months to update numbers/usernames/non-existent records
