Design notes: toad is quite short and has shaggy fur, and is a tibetan terrier! dizzy is anthro and a fennec fox and his design can be simplified without green highlights!
Character personality: toad can come off as very snarkish, kinda big-mean energy in a wee little package, and dizzy is just a sweet and precious little boy!
