Favourite dog breed and why!!! :D V.1

My one true dog breed love is the Pit Bull, as I have 3 currently, 2 pets and 1 working. BUT I am an avid supporter of all "aggressive breeds" like the Cane Corso, American Bully, Pit Bull, Akita, Doberman, Rottweiler, and many other breeds. They get a bad reputation and it's usually because a very small percentage of that breed's population. I've owned several of these so-called aggressive breeds myself and they are fantastic animals/pets. My service dog is a Pit Bull They are constantly around my ranch animals, children, and strangers/other pets and I have yet to have a problem with any of them. I am a firm believer that most issues stem from training/knowledge of the breed or lack there of. So I wish I could just rescue them all and change the stigma that surrounds them

cavalier kings charles; they have lots of health problems unfortunately but they are one of the most lovely dogs. i have one of my own so im a bit biased...

a corgi. theyre just so cuddly and chonky. their stubby trex legs are the best thing ever. lil fennec ears!

someday, when i have the time and money (probably never bc i'm trying to be a doctor lol) I would give anything to have a tamaskan. i think that they are the coolest dogs, yet are fairly unknown. I do not have a lot of experience owning dogs, but i'm the type of person that gives it my all and does research before making decisions like owning certain pets. Tamaskans are highly intelligent and they look like wolves with having minimal wolf genes.

My favorite dog breed is an American Pit Bull Terrier because not only are they friendly and loyal toward their owner but they are also really beautiful too. :)

german shepherds and silken windhounds are my thing right now, but spaniels.. mm those little ears. i love dogs but i love them specifically a lot

I love pulik (Hungarian dog, they look sorta like mops)! Their coats are so unique. They're so scrunkly and I would love to eventually get one (or two pft) as a pet!

I love almost every breed, but herding dogs became my thing

I love corgis, pembrokes or cardigans! I have a pembroke of my own and she's the best!
I also looove australian shepherds, I would really like to own one in the future,but I'm scared that I will not meet their needs since everyone talks how difficult they might be without the stimulation that basically has to be on their daily basis.
I also love border collies and australian cattle dogs, but corgis and aussies are my beloved ones <3

I have two favorites, both very different. (:
Number one is the Belgian Malinois (Hence, my username), a dog of fantastic intelligence, versatility and character. An extreme working dog at its finest, they never cease to amaze me. I still remember the very first time I ever met one of these dogs! Fell instantly in love, and have been an avid fan of the breed ever since. The more I learn about them, the more I admire them.
Number two would be the Perro de Presa Canario (Presa Canario or Presa for short). They are absolutely fantastic guard dogs, and have an unmatched loyalty to their family. They are extremely intelligent, and have great workability. They are incredibly powerful and strong willed, but have a gentle streak towards the people they are close with. They are majestically beautiful, and have such an imposing look to them. After discovering this breed, as well as doing countless hours of research on the breed just simply to find out more about them, my fascination for them only continues to grow.

Honorable mention;
Miniature Pinscher. Never been much of a small dog person, was very skeptical about how much I would enjoy this breed, but gave it a shot anyway. Besides it was mostly gonna be my moms dog, I’m just co owner essentially lol. Well, this dog has exceeded my WILDEST expectations, and has become someone that I just can’t live without. This dog is the most lively, fun loving, silly, and most of all CUDDLY animals I have ever met. They are not stuck up nor are they prissy, and they are absolutely GNARLY BUG HUNTERS! I mean, this dog has saved me from a good chunk of scary pillbugs and moths 🤣🤣 Honestly I’ve never been so entertained by something in my entire life. If you talk to her she spins. Her butt wiggles in wide swoops back and forth when she wags her tail. She “chatters” at you by opening and closing her mouth and making little breathy noises. This dog has more of a personality than I do.
And on top of that, I’ve met other minpins, and they’ve all been quite the little characters. Not to mention they are gorgeous. Only downside is the yapping and the fearfulness that many of them show, including my own. God forbid a leaf moves to quickly in the wind when we’re out for a walk.
