Already have a child of Zeref. If you're looking for someone as a child of Cannon; Hisui but make sure you let queenofflames know you're making a sibling for their oc.

Natsu/Lucy, let spiritstar know you've created a sibling for them. They'd also be my oc half sibling.

The royal family of Pergrande you can make an oc for. Not cannons yet but still....
