APPEARANCExxxA man with bronze skin that makes his
unnatural silvery hair stand out. That is, it would, if
everything else about him didn't draw attention to him
first. Dante stands at around 6'2, and looks to be in his
early thirties. His flashy red overcoat gets to be an
eyesore after a while.

PERSONALITYxxxAlthough he can be considered by
others to be a totally stylish sort-of guy, Dante isn't
all that interested in the lives of other people. As a
handy-man and mercenary, he really ought to put
more care into his work, but his ideology of ❝ only
taking jobs that interest him ❞ constantly results in
his bank account drained of cash and his bills left un-
paid. Most people can't really tell what goes on in
that head of his, but he seems pretty light-hearted
and cracks jokes even in the most dire of situations.
Anyone you ask will say he's just pretty childish and
sometimes downright infuriating to be around, but
he's trustworthy and gets the job done quick.

BACKGROUNDxxxLittle is known to others about Dante's past, and he intends to keep it that way. At one point in his wretched life, he'd been known to a town by the name of Tony Redgrave. Intimidating and yet insistent on order and non-violence, he kept the local town thugs in line. The cataclysm that later occurred due to his mere presence has yet to be forgotten or forgiven by those townspeople. With the disaster, Tony ceased running and assumed his true identity, ❝ Dante, son of the Legendary Dark Knight Sparda ❞.

Now, he runs the shop Devil May Cry, taking odd jobs that interest him- and only those that interest him. Anything with occult written on it, and he'll already be out the door! ... ... Well, he will be in a few hours, that is. It's kind of hard to rush someone like him.


OTHER INFOxxxA powerful half-demon, Dante has impressive battle skills and regenerative abilities. Using particular devil arms allows him to tap into his Devil Trigger.

i've been thinking about adding a second character since i joined, but i want to try and hold off unless it seems like there's a user who's struggling to get some interactions for their character(s). i don't want anybody feeling kinda left out

i know there's still a couple of people whose characters are open or haven't written openers yet, but @bigwig. if nobody else snatches him up by the time i start writing dante i'll happily fit will into his opener! i'll start writing him tomorrow :]
