He looked at Athena and then at his half-brother wondering what was his problem he was not usually this cold or bad mood. He didn't really know why were they carrying the prey back to camp first place as now they could only danger the whole pack for anyone who could follow the carcass. Thought he didn't say anything as all the other was on the same line to bring the prey to the camp. He shook his head took a better bite out of the deer's leg and started to bring it back to camp, which was not that far, but he didn't bring it all the way into the camp instead he left it near the entrance "that's too risky? we have pups in there?" he said to him. His ears perked up 'Kikui is passed away? was he out just a moment ago...how that happened?' he thought to himself.

Hakuren - male - demi - crush open - hunter - tags: Cypher, Kuroyuki, Athena

He watched the Athena and the rest in annoyance, shooking his head as he shut his mouth so the growl could not go out in loud for others to hear. He looked over the Mikage "Let's bring it back to camp now, or never" he said to him with anger. He felt like he was going to faint from the stress he was having from everything that happened after Dante's threats he was very stressed, no he only wanted to take this deer to the pack and go to sleep. He took the deer and helped Mikage to take it to the camp "Let's get it to the camp...who cares about following predators, if the pack wants their stupid food then let's give it to them to eat" he said. He listened to the healer's call 'Excellent timing, now everyone could go to eat...' he thought to himself.

She blinked her ears as the alpha spoke 'Everyone tells that about him...oh well every elder was hard-working at some point in their life' she thought to herself as she watch the alpha leave 'And why I am the one to tell the pack? could that be the alpha or beta's job?' she thought to herself as she looked at the cleaning. She flicked her ears over to the voices near the entrance 'Hmm, hunting patrol maybe' she keep thinking 'Good now they maybe could hear the news too' She didn't want to go one to one tell, instead she jumped to the leader's rock or near it "All wolves from Starlight pack, hear me out..." she called out "During this busy morning, we're faced a lose...our elder Kikui was passed away, and his vigil will be held near the elder's den, please go there to say your goodbyes to him...thank you" she said to them, before got back down and vanished to her healer's den to get some herbs.

She looked at Kiyu "Don't worry, it could've weird if nobody could see us to just vanish...and I know that too, I know that it's not wise for us to go out alone...even a fox could be big enough to kill us out there" she said with a sight "well...we wanted to help Kairo to meet Eros again, he has a very serious crush on him...so we wanted to help him there..." she responded to her. She perked her ears up too, listening to the call "...what? He passed away... was he sick..." she questioned there, even if nobody at the den could know the answer to that.

She looked at the two she-wolves "Why he didn't want you to see the happening there? Could that be the very basic reaction if the pups are being stupid and risking themselves to get out" she said to her. She thought for a moment about what was being happened just a moment ago, but her focus broke down when she heard the healer's voice "Wait what? Kikui passed away? Is that a joke, he was just fine a moment ago...I don't get it, can dead really come so suddenly?" she barked with confusion.


Redmoon Pack

He looked to the meadow once again the wolves there seemed to be gone now, so he thought that he was not needed there anymore. The pack could eat as much as they could now so he walked after his half-younger brother to get back to the camp. He didn't feel like eating anything, he didn't feel too good either, so he thought making sleep could make him be better. He entered the camp and disappeared to the healer's den, giving a small greeting to Kane as he walked past him.

He followed the path back to the camp, seeing Kane there as he entered the entrance "no eating?" he asked him as he walked closer to him. He watched his brother for a moment as he walked past them to the hunter's den.

Hyuuga - male - homo - crush open - warrior - tags: Maison, Daisy

He looked over to the Maison and then the pup, flicking his ears rather confused yet surprised about the pup's words "You want to leave, why?" he asked the pup suddenly "What do you seek in Starlight pack what we don't have here?" he questioned the female pup.

She took her last bite of the prey, she was not a heavy eater so she never really eat much. Swallowing her bite she step backward to give whoever else wants to eat, but so far it seemed like everyone was there at the moment. Was this pack always this small she started to wonder.

She took a small nap after her duo huntings alongside her sister Freya. She perked her ears a little bit as she heard the food call, but for now, she was so tired to get out just yet. She decided to eat a little bit later, maybe they could be some leftovers left for whatever prey the other hunters got.

The ears of the white wolf flicked up to the sound of a familiar voice. He turned around to face the fellow hunter.
“No…no thank you, I’m not feeling hungry at this time” he responded softly, neatly placing his tail over his paws and straightening his back in his sitting position.
“How are you, Lab?” He asked him with a greeting smile.

They sighed as they looked down at the pup. They tilted their head as they regarded her a moment, looking to the others then back to her. They rolled their eyes as they saw Shy Fawn get caught...They shook their head, and looked at Daisy. "Don't go near that wolf...the one Liberty is dealing with. He came back, but I don't really trust him right now. Now...why would you go to our rival pack?" he asked her. "You don't have any family or friends there...and aren't some of us your friends?" they asked.

They glanced over to Castor and Labrador a moment. They noticed a she wolf was no longer there, but only shook their head at this. They then looked to Hyuuga and the pup again. They waited alongside him, for her to give some sort of answer.

Deep foresty green eyes with gold ringing the pupils looked around. The white foot black phase she wolf ate some more meat. However, she couldn't seem to focus on that now. She sighed and looked to Nova and Eros a moment, then shook her head. She looked over to where Blaze, Liberty, and Shy Fawn were. She knew he was going to be in a lot more trouble now. She hoped Blaze wasn't beating himself up over this...She also hoped Liberty wouldn't be harsh with him. She wondered if Blaze would blame her, if he thought she was a distraction...Would he ignore her now? If she asked to have a walk or sit down with him, either one to talk, would he refuse? She shook her head again.

The reddish looking male twitched darker reddish or brown ears, and the tipped tail flicked. Lighter brownish looking eyes looked at the meat. He continued to eat until he was full. He sighed, looking to Freya and asking "Should we...stay here, or go back now?"

The smaller and slender black phase wolf nosed at Cypher a bit. The white toed and jawed one flicked his white tipped tail. The golden eyed one was worried, and sighed with relief when Athena began to lift Cypher. He sighed as he looked at Mikage and Hakuren. "You two should be able to carry that back, with two of you. If you don't think you can, we can send Manfred. He was supposed to be on this hunt anyway..." He rolled his eyes at that, then went to help Athena, saying "Let's go, let's get him back, and see if Manfred is there."

The pretty but handsome smaller and slender golden pup nodded. Brown ears twitched as the brown tipped tail flicked. Brown and blue eyes looked between the three she pups a moment. Looking to Yomi, he said "Packs don't have to be related. I mean...I'm not related to you two. Destiny isn't related to any of us, I don't think. It...would be nice to have pups one day, though. If...if Eros would even want them but yeah, we are too young right now. Thank you though," he giggled at her. He then looked to Kuroi a moment. He glanced to Kiyu last, and said "I guess it's fine..."

When she said Louie hadn't wanted her to see something, Kairo sat up straight in alarm. "What...what happened, what didn't he want you to see?" he asked. He tilted his head as he looked at her. He then let out a small sigh as he looked to the others. "I was letting Kuroi eat the rest of my rabbit. I...feel kind of hungry again though." He shook his head a couple times. "We were...also talking about the future. Yeah, we were just talking about the future."

She sat quietly at a river, watching the water trickle by, in a way meditating.
Cleo joined the Starlight pack to change her life for good, for a new beginning. She wanted so badly to do good at something. And so becoming a warrior was exactly her calling.
So right then and there, she put away her horrid past to the very back of her mind, whilst remembering the life lessons she learnt on the way.

Mental:
Cypher wasn't aware of anything but the darkness, he was still out. But in the darkness he saw a light, the shape of a wolf. It looked like his mother wolf, but could it be someone else? He wasn't sure, but he saw them leaving. He longed to follow, but something kept him there in the dark, now alone. He wasn't sure what was happening. He was just out for a hunt, got hurt and then he was here, alone in the dark...

Physical:
Cypher's limp an injured body was being lifted. The dark fur on his higher stomach was now slick with a metallic scented liquid, perhaps blood. It was flowing quite quickly now, and was falling onto the ground. It would be hard to tell just how much of this liquid was being lost to the wound. An unconscious whimper came from him, but he did not wake nor move.

Dante

With his fluff quite finished he responded to Louie, “Not your intention...well you failed successfully.” he wasn't insulting the brute that stood before him it was another attempt at humor which again didn't beg a reaction that wasn't received. Louie did offer his time to assist in the relocation of the empty husk formerly known as Kikui. Dante knew that would have to be done soon so the body didn't have time to wither and rot inside the den as all corpses left unattended would eventually do. Dante nodded his head to the brute and then confirmed that Louie’s help would be appreciated before they departed to give Dante a moment to speak some sense into Manfred, “It will be necessary to have it relocated I am thinking I'll have you, Manny and one other see to that.” he said in a formal manner now having dropped whatever façade he had on earlier. When Louie left Dante’s glare landed on Manfred dipped his head and tucked his ears.

Dante didn't need to approach the hunter to give him a firm lashing verbally, “What was so important that kept you from your duties? Cypher and the other hunters have been gone for at least over an hour..”

Manfred - “I was asleep.. I was getting some extra rest after having been up most of the night....Uuuuh Helping Hutten.” he was doing what was typical of a wolf who was under the gun of his superiors his tail was tucked and he dipped his head avoiding eye contact but still being ready for an attack of some sort.

Dante narrowed his eyes at the response of Manfred, he could tell it was the blossoming of a lie coming to growth, “Helping Hutten with what?” he asked with a bit of frustration simply curious now what it is Manny would come up with because he was the one who set Hutten to task the evening before. She was a night owl and preferred to be alone, especially after that nasty run-in she had with a lynx some time ago in truth she was lucky some scars were all she got away with, which is why he often kept her busy the evenings leaving her to sleep most of the day. Using Hutten as a scapegoat was a tactic often deployed by Manny which often came out to be a lie.

Manny- He gulped a bit while he thought realizing the size of his miscalculation. Hutten is a fighter and Dante was the lead fighter. Oh he’d done it again now Dante was just humoring himself by pressing Manfred to come up with more lies. Since Dante knew what Hutten really had been doing last night Manfred simply guessed at it. “Hutten said that she suspected a Redmoon wolf had crossed the border and needed another witness to her findings..So I came along.” it was a solid lie he knew it.

Dante - He couldn't deny that the lie was a good one but it was still just a lie nonetheless, “So you think if Hutten suspected a border crossing from the enemy that I wouldn't be informed first?” he asked knowing he would soon see the expression of defeat cross the face of Manfred. He often heard praise about Manfred and his ability to seamlessly work well with any plan that was made by Cypher which meant he was intelligent but Dante couldn't tell at the moment he thought it very stupid to try and lie about his subordinates because Dante kept a tab on all of them.

Manfred - The look of defeat did cross his face but he didn't admit he was lying, “It's true Dante..honestly...But if you think otherwise I will submit to your no-rations punishment and help in the relocation of Kikui...” he said softly hoping this course would stave off any aggression that would have come his direction on any other given day.

Dante - The ebony brute rolled his yellow eyes then frowned a bit, “I will be speaking with Hutten... I am sure she will falsify your statement. But Fine, Louie will appreciate your assistance try not to be such a hindrance to the task. Now off with you Manny you will be retrieved when you are needed.”

Manfred- Truthfully he was pleased to get off without being pounced on and physically punished by the temp Beta so he took the insults like they were and scampered off to his little hideout with embarrassment in each step. “Y-yes of course I won't be too far off..” was his final statement before departure.

Exasperated, Dante dropped his head for a moment and allowed his eyes to close until he was nuzzled on the shoulder without opening his eyes to see who it was he could tell it was Destiny simply by the feeling of her presence. When she spoke he looked up to make eye contact. She asked if he was okay knowing he and Kikui were close. “Yes I am fine. I think a part of me accepted a long time ago that this would eventually happen.” his face once again carried a sullen expression then he continued, “Kikui gave us 10 long years of loyalty and wisdom. He use to tell me stories of my father when I was just a pup. He would say he’d never seen a wolf fight like Zeus and go on to tell me about great feats of strength performed by my father Zeus or he would tell me a suspenseful story of how my father used his cunning to win a fight against a burly grizzly bear. I knew that's what they were just stories...But it meant everything to me when I was young. “ he sighed heavily he hadn't meant to sit here and reminisce on the life of Kikui and the effect he had on Dante. He’d spoken more on Kikui than he originally intended to and it was a fight to choke back tears that began to swell in his eyes, but he blinked repeatedly and then cleared his throat to wash away the sadness he was feeling. Since Dante had grown up only knowing his mother it was a treasure to hear these stories from Kikui because they painted the image of a wolf with strong morals and values that any young wolf should strive to have once they've become an adult and he knew Kikui was trying to instill those things into him with those stories. The last thing he added was the hardest thing for him to say, “My biggest regret is that with all the time I have left in this world, I didn't spare any to spend more of it with him...I allowed him to die alone...” he choked a bit then swallowed heavily forcing the emotions back down, he had no right to cry, he had some much he wanted to say but to for granted the amount of time that was available. Dante knew he wasn't the only wolf that was affected so greatly by the loss he knew that Destiny was feeling some hurt as well. “Are you okay Destiny? Don't let your position fool you into thinking you can't grieve as well,” he said knowing she would put up a wall to appear strong for those who were saddened. Destiny could share the pain with Dante because he was or hoped he was one of the shoulders she would lean on when she was weak and if she didn't know he would remind her just who he was and why it was okay. Besides she deserved some repayment after all the effort she had put into him all those years ago.

She moved over to him and Nova, dipping her head to Nova. "I'm sorry if I did anything wrong and upset you..." she muttered to her. She then smiled a canine smile, saying "Hello Eros, was dinner good?"

He whimpered a small sound as he heard Scythe's call. She was saying the elder had passed away, so he glanced to Kiyu a moment. He now began to realize that's probably what Louie hadn't wanted her to see. He shuddered a bit at the thought...He hoped the elder had passed away peacefully. He couldn't imagine anything else.

Looking to Kuroi, he said "My parents told me my grandma passed away in her sleep..."

He continued "It's just a thing that can happen when your old."

Whilst the pup was distracted with the food. Nova took a moment to herself to gather her thoughts once more. Surely, Liberty would be back and before she knew it he would be announcing the new plan. Regardless of her being on his side or not - she still had to play the face of being the Beta the Alpha wanted her to be. The cold air breezed through her fur, brushing it back. Her eyes searched the other wolves who stood nearby. She wondered what they would think of Liberty if they saw the same darkness she did during their conversation. The she wolf felt a pang of worry for the pack , uncertain of what they would do.

It did not take Eros long to finish the slab of meat that the Beta provided to him a few minutes ago. Nova , now looking directly at Eros, smirked as she paced her way back over to him. Taking a mental note of how full his belly was. The curves at each end showed that he had eaten pretty much to the limit he could take. Round pup , would be his nickname at least in her mind.
Nova’s tail waved behind her , she felt pleased that the pup was full from all the food he ate. He should be - after all the berries and meat that filled his stomach for the evening. “Glad to hear that “ she replied with glee. She pushed his swollen belly with her nose, feeling the tip of the firmness his dinner had caused. “You should sleep through the night then.” the Beta teased the young wolf. Surely it was a joke that is beyond his years of understanding.

When Eros asked about Liberty, she wanted to change the subject. After the display of behavior he showed earlier, he was the last thing she wanted to talk about. Eros being a pup , she knew his curiosity was too great and that he would demand some sort of explanation eventually. Nova only needed a few seconds to calculate exactly what she would say to him. “He had a lot on his mind and just needed to walk. I am pretty confident that he won’t be a grump upon his return.” she teased. She raised her head to be leveled with her shoulders, as she looked the way that Blaze and Liberty had taken off too.

Certainly , they would be back sooner rather than later. That is - if they did not run into any issues. If she considered how most of their day went, the likelihood of them running into trouble was nearly tripled. The havoc causing pup was at home, but who knew what or who lounged on the outskirts of these two packs.

“What do you say we run around camp until bedtime ? A race if you're fast enough. ” she offered. It was her attempt at keeping the pup busy until his ‘father’ returned to the pack . After all , if Eros was exhausted and asleep, that could buy Liberty some time before he had to answer the pup’s questions in the morning.

Milo had to admit , at least mentally, that he had a lot to learn about the pack. A whole new set or rules, fresh faces, and a new beginning for the longevity in time that remains of his life. He lowered his hind legs, placing him into a sitting position. River had offered to individually have him meet some of the pack mates. Feeling a small sense of overwhelming excitement. This was something that he had been looking forward to for the last few months. While taking it all in , the fact that he finally resides in a pack, he kept looking between the round of wolves around them. It was dinner time and most of the wolves would probably kick off to get some rest. In his mind , that meant that now wasn't exactly the time for him to be introduced. Not to wolves who'd just shoved their stomachs with the remains of another. They were probably all stuffed to the rim and ready to hit the dirt. 'Maybe tomorrow.' his thoughts intruded once more.

"I will take you up on that offer , another day. If you have some time, can you show me to the nearest lake - even if it's frozen over." Milo quietly laughed to himself. With it being close to the end of the day, he needed a moment to just go wandering around the pack. Which in turn could help him map out his new surroundings better. "Or should I put a hold in that idea ?" he questioned out loud. He had not seen the Alpha is some time since his arrival. Figuring he must be out doing something - important. Milo's gaze wandered towards the bushes were Liberty and Blaze had run past a mere moment ago. Curiosity caught the wolf - wondering what the Alpha would leave them to chase after someone. 'Did they not have border patrol or warriors for that ? '

Milo's brow arched to follow the curious thoughts on his mind. He turned his snoot back to the wolf next to him and looked at her for a moment before he finally formulated the words. "Do you know why the Alpha and uhm... Blaze ran off?" he applied emphasis on the name of the fighter. Showing that he was not exactly confident in the name he'd called the wolf who ran behind Liberty. Maybe River would have the answer that he was looking for. Quietly, his eyes searched hers waiting for an answer to be said. A quick blink and he was looking off in the distance were the others pondered off to. An interesting bunch to say the least.

As the temporary Beta chimed with the awful attempt at humor of him failing with his intention, he decided to rise to all fours and get ready to walk away. Louie huffed quietly ensuring that highly ranked did not hear him. One thing Louie knew was to not disrespect the wolves in power. With one last glance at Dante, listening in when he spoke about needing his help , he finally walked away from the pair allowing them their time. From the previous words expressed, he knew whatever coming to Manfred was no good - something he certainly did not want to be around.

Louie slowly walked his way over to the lazy river just a few hundred feet below the border. Something that also helped divide the two packs from entirely touching territory lines of one another. His eyes caressed the bright white flurries of snow all around them. The river breaking the colors with a quick intro to deep blue water. Ears perked to the sound of rippling water around, trickling on the rocks that rest in its pathway. A sound so soothing that he wanted to lay on the snow and drift into a slumber for a little while. The peaceful bliss of evening silence was brought to an end as the brute spotted a wolf watching the water run and ripple to it's next location. Her scent drifted downwind and right to his snoot , she did not smell familiar to him. The fighter cautiously walked forward, "Excuse me miss, are you new here?" a raspy voice let out. Louie stopped his approach when he reached about a ten foot distance. At least until the fae identified herself.

It seemed like an eternity waiting for the lead hunter to give her a command of some sort. She nodded her snoot in agreement that it would not take all of them to take the stag back to the rest of the pack . “I can scope out the hares while I wait for you all to return. Might be able to catch one. “ the novice hunter shared with the group.

Athena looked between the males , before her focus settled on Cypher. She tilted her head in slight curiosity as he gasped. The she-wolf attempted to figure out if the wolf was okay. A few moments went by as he attempted to steady himself - attempted. In the blink of an eye the wolf’s body dropped before the group of hunters. She watched in a brief frozen state as one of the wolves quickly approached Cypher. ‘We need to get him back.’ someone spoke to them. Snapping Athena back to the reality of what was happening. She quickly moved towards Cypher’s limp body

Brown eyes laid upon the wolf who’d fainted a few seconds ago. , “Let’s get him up.,” her nose scooped under Cypher’s neck - whilst the rest of her body lowered to evenly support him, it would probably take two of them to get him up and moving. She figured since she missed the majority of the hunt that she could assist them in carrying their lead back to the pack for medical assistance. Athena’s eyes shot over to the other hunters - awaiting their assistance in carrying the larger wolf.

Cleo's ears twitched at the sound of paws crunching the snow behind her. She quickly stands up to see an unknown wolf, she guessed he was about her age.
The brutes question wasn't answered immediately, as Cleo was trying to assess if he had good intentions or not. So after a few seconds "Yeah, I am new. Are you from the Starlight Pack?". She asked this first as her guard is up. She wasn't gonna tell just anybody who she is, also because she was in between two packs territories.

The moment Cleo stood up with little hesitation to look at him , he assessed the scenario for a moment in order for him to determine what would be his next move and the potential outcomes that may happen. Louie lowered his body towards the cool snow , pressing his warm fur covered body against the earth's graceful winter snow. The snow immediately began to melt into his under body , wetting the tips of his fur. The slight discomfort was worth showing the wolf in front of him that he meant no harm to her. Louie quietly took another sniff, searching for the scent his Alpha may have left upon this wolf when she joined the pack. It was something that was a tradition for most wolves - at least from what he learned.

When Cleo replied to him, inquiring about the pack he belonged in , his eyebrow arched in curiosity. This wolf was asking him if he belonged in Starlight whilst standing in the territory. Louie quickly lowered his brow when he realized she was one of them. It only took a few moments for Destiny’s aroma to boop the snoot of Louie after coming off of the she wolf. His ears flickered once more, this time in her direction.

“I am. My name is Louie , I reside with the Starlight pack. Who might you be?” he cleared his throat this time, hoping that it was not as raspy as before. Louie truly meant no harm towards the wolf in front of him. The area felt kind of stiff to him, besides the wind howling in its pickup and the river keeping tranquil as before. His eyes wandered between the water, watching a few ripples plop due to the intruding rocks that rest in the grooves. The moment had begun to grow colder as did his pelt until he fully relaxed his body on top of it leaving no room in between. His body now slightly submersed in the white blanket, his gaze meeting the she wolf again before he rose off of his belly. The bottom of his pelt now wet and darker than the rest of his fur. He paused for what he deemed a second, before stepping a foot forward and moved at an even pace towards the water. Cleo now stood on the right of him - still a decent distance away from him.

His ears tilt backwards towards her directions - listening for any sound of movement if the wolf tried any funny business. He felt extremely confident the she would not attempt any funny business whilst his back was turned from her. Louie lowered his muzzle to the top of the water and tried to quietly drinking the cold water from the river. After he quenched his thirst , he lifted his head again, leaving the water stream with fulfilled thirst and drenched beard of water.
