I have some ideas listed, but you're free to create whatever you please cause I desperately need some new faces in my kal aus

prize pool consists of legendary autopass, rare edits, unlim rare myo, 1-rare myo & pets, and all contestants will take part in a final raffle. please check the thread if you want to find out more!

so apparently it's been about two years since I last posted here huh. it's fair to say that a lot has happened (both in my own world, and the world in general) but we're all still keeping on going and that's what's important. I hope everyone out there is doing well! drink water if you haven't already today, and take your meds if you've forgotten. take care of yourselves m'kay

--introductions

Ezukai; this has got to be one of my most favorite designs ever. they're in my fantasy world setting as a sprite, but what makes them different from other sprites - who are all connected to nature - is that Ezukai is not, and is more associated with trickery and cunning. they exist, but people aren't entirely sure why. another plot twist - and this is a big no-no for sprites - is that they've somehow managed to parent a child, and that child is very much on a mission to find Ezukai and figure out how they've been created. they're probably going to bond over an existential crisis :thumbs_up:

Cobalt; SO I don't have a huge amount down for Cobalt (and I still need to get an itemless ref but I keep forgetting, very typical of me) but she's a little shy, super sweet, and has a dog named Coco (who's judgement she trusts more than her own)

Charity; there's some irony in that my last post here was alluding to some future rainbow babies, and this is one of them! she's definitely in my fantasy setting, and I've toyed with the idea of having her become a herbalist or some sort of magic user, but she's got a very headstrong personality so I'm trying to think of something that will match that fiery nature

Jameson; the other rainbow baby, Charity's brother! his sister is more head-smart, while he's more street-smart and knows how to navigate social situations with a lot of charm and flattery. in saying that he's probably a bit dumb about some things and might grow up to be a himbo but knows he can rely on his sister whenever he needs to

Rillian; this cool looking guy is in my fantasy setting, and - although his current career isn't hashed out - I've got some of his history sorted. his mother is a really nice, honest woman, who fell in love with a thief way back in the day but didn't actually know he was a thief. when he finally got busted she was already expecting Rillian, and since then neither she nor her son have had anything to do with him. the problem is that he's the spitting image of his father and, because they still live in the same town, people often pre-judge him based on his paternal heritage. he's working hard to show them that he is a good, honest man, but it's a little tedious and he's getting tired of having to prove himself all the time

Atticus; my first kal from the MYO event! he's in my modern setting, and runs a business on Etsy selling homemade resin D&D dice. I'm really happy with the overall design of him - especially his ears and body/tail shine - but tbh I'm not convinced that the color palette is exactly what I had in mind (I think I want the pink to be brighter, and one of the purples to be different), so I'm figuring out if I want to see if he's eligible for a 'redesign' in order to alter that

Aurimelle; my darling my sweet bee my little honey blossom !! Auri was my second kal from the MYO event, and I'm really rather besotted with them. she's the 'daughter' of Eriabor (who is a sun sprite), who somehow managed to 'create' her because he wanted a child so much. sprites can't have children with mortals (it's against their code) or with each other (physically not possible), so Auri is sort of a grey area when it comes to that because technically they were made by neither of those means, so she's quite the marvel. personality-wise she's a very sweet gal who loves bees, flowers, and the sprite she calls her father

Tootsie; I love them but I don't know what to do with them lol. I keep tossing ideas back and forth about whether they should be in the modern setting (working in a Halloween store) or fantasy setting (kooky witch?), and what they'd look like in those worlds, but nothing's stuck yet. I'm super in love with their design though, so I'm determined to find a place for them somewhere :>

Cerene; this gal is in my fantasy setting, and is also caught up in a lie. born to a poor family in a poor town, when the Ilumna - worshippers of the Moon Sprite - were in the area, she pretended that she'd had dreams sent by the sprite in the hopes that maybe she'd be able to get some coin out of them. instead they fully believed in her, moving her and her (unknowing but overjoyed) parents to the Temple to live. years later she's still worshipping a sprite that she's never actually had contact with, but she keeps the truth to herself for fear of both her and her family losing what she's managed to gain for them

Kaien; my little Moonchild! he was found by a sea witch as a toddler on the outskirts of the coastal town of Koravos. he's another kal with connections to the Moon Sprite, because his adoptive mother is convinced that they watched over him until he was found. he's not bothered either way, and is perfectly happy living in the seaside cottage with her and helping with the potions

Rahaan; both Keeper of Crown in his city, but also a rebel leader. his family's rule had become corrupt so he secretly joined the underground resistance and helped them to take over - and burn - the decaying city in an act of rebirth. he's taking his role very seriously and, although his actions weigh heavy upon his shoulders, he knows that it needed to be done

Unnamed; my beautiful raptor child !! name and everything else unknown except they're in my fantasy setting, and I'm absolutely besotted with them. I love love love the raptor gene splice edit and I'm so happy to have them

Nadja; raptor child's sibling! (and yes, I was watching wwdits at the time). she's also in my fantasy setting but, again, I don't have a huge amount of backstory and personality sorted out. love her tho mwah

Odetta; won this little lady in the winter fest event raffle! she's in my fantasy setting and, although I don't have all of the details finalized, I'm thinking that she's probably going to be some royal child with a rebellious streak who's in training to take over the throne but also secretly training to become some sort of knight

Heliyah; this gal is in my fantasy setting. she's a witch who's managed to create a combination of a wand and a prosthetic arm, so she's just sort of out there doing her thing and generally being a badass

Mauriste; as someone who is very much hyperfixated on ofmd, winning this guy was amazing. another guy added to the fantasy setting, he left home to sail the world but, since he's now explored seemingly everywhere on the map, he's at a bit of a crossroads on where to go next since he's still craving the experience of finding someplace new to explore

Bennie; my most recently won kal and I !! love them !! genderqueer babby who owns and operates the local rage room and has a heck of a lot of fun doing so

Unnamed; my newest kit, which I recently received in a trade! I'm thinking I might add a few edits before developing their character more, but I'm pretty sure I'll be finding a place for them in the fantasy setting
