one person can at most adopt 3 dragons at a time
i don't really care what persons do to them after adoption, as long as they don't say the design is all theirs, and have to tell me if they want to make any changes in the design before they adopt it

in the moment i let you keep them they are automatically yours, so basicaly you can draw them, paint them, whatever you want to do with them ^_^
