Right, the reason I opened this thread is precisely because despite that post indicating that reversed trades would be marked as unread, they still aren't. I also opened this thread before I realized that this situation was ongoing and just the sheer amount of accounts that are compromised. I believe the staff rightfully has other priorities right now, but this suggestion is still relevant.

I understand the frustration, I’m extremely frustrated too, but I also understand that this is all happening very fast. I’m sure Nick would code it in faster if he could? I’d bet that just finding all the lost pets and having to reversing them / shutting down hacked accounts takes a lot of effort. All this happened at the worst time, especially with a summer event coming up and needing to be worked on, which I’m sure takes a lot of effort. I’m not a staff member or artist on CS so I really don’t don’t though and this is just my view. I hope that as time goes on we get an update on the reversed trades and some site updates as well.
I definitely understand all the frustration though

^^^^ exactly. No one can magic up a solution to the problem and I just know none of the staff want this to happen. I'm fairly certain the staff all have full time jobs too. It's good to have posts like this to let them know what we want and encourage the priorities, but it won't happen over night

If you have had a trade reversed after June 28th 9:30pm EST (ie the time of Nick's post
here) and have not gotten the '(1)' notification on your menu bar at the top of the screen to indicate a new trade, please send in a help ticket with a link to the reversed trade.
I have seen some posts saying that users aren't getting the notifications but as of yet I haven't seen anyone who said this and linked the reversal trade or mentioned when it happened so we can know it was after it was supposed to be fixed. Obviously if staff has posted that it was fixed and it is not you should send in a ticket so we can confirm it wasn't fixed and and make sure it gets fixed ^^
