TERMS OF SERVICE

i reserve the rights to all artwork i create. it is not for commercial use for anyone other than myself.

THINGS I AM WILLING TO DRAW
★ original characters, pets, fan-art
★ characters the client owns (gifts for others that are in good taste are fine!!)
★ humans, humanoids, monsters, feral
★ dogs, cats, reptiles, ponies, dragons and most other animals
★ anthro (though not my strong suit)
★ minor blood/injury or body horror

THINGS I AM NOT WILLING TO DRAW
★ anything against cs rules (sexual content, heavy gore, etc.)
★ hateful art against any race, gender, sexuality or religion
★ heavy mecha, very complex characters/backgrounds
★ anything i am morally against or uncomfortable with

that being said, i dont have that many requirements for commissioners! all i need is form filled out with the information of your piece and respectful treatment. i will always be friendly and communicative during the commissioning process, and i will not tolerate aggressive behaviour towards me. if i feel that i am not being respected, i have the right to cancel the commission and refund the client accordingly.

for cs payment (pets, c$) send the trade as soon as i accept your commission. for CAD, payment is in full after the sketch is approved, via paypal or e-transfer.i do not allow refunds/cancellations on cs payments. I do allow cancellations for CAD! if i have received payment but not begun working past the sketch stage, i will refund the customer in full. if the commission is cancelled anytime past the sketch stage, the customer may keep the work that has been finished and i will keep the payment as compensation for my time and work. if you're interested in paying with CAD, please DM me so we can find an off-site place that works best for both of us to discuss details.

during the process i will update you as i work, and you are free to ask for small edits as the piece goes along. large scale modifications (pose changes, outfit change, added character, etc.) following the sketch phase will lead to extra fees.
i will try my hardest to finish your commission in a timely manner, but please note i struggle with executive dysfunction and motivation issues which may cause delays! the longest a commission of mine will take is roughly a month. please let me know before finalizing the commission's details if you have a specific deadline needed, as i may have to cancel due to not being able to meet it. otherwise, know you are welcome to message me anytime during the process for status updates and progress pictures :]


i will directly message you the png of your commission when i finish. you're free to use your commission anywhere as long as you make sure to properly credit me with my username (if you're posting it on another site PLEASE use the username pidgidal to credit me. Asbend Shelter is an exclusively cs name) and keep my watermark visible when cropping! thank you!

GENERAL RULES

★ sending me a form states that you are aware of and agree to the tos shown above
★ my commissions are exclusively for personal use. stealing, copying, tracing, editing, repurposing or using my art in/as NFTs, AI art, or anything related is strictly prohibited.
★ include some sort of reference image in your form, and try to be as detailed as you can!! this helps me out a lot.
★ commissions are not fcfs! just because you send a form in does not mean you are guaranteed a commission, and i am allowed to decline a commission for whatever reason.
★ again, credit me with my username pidgidal if posting off cs.

breaking the terms and rules above will result in a blacklist. i will not accept any future commissions from you and may warn my friends/mutuals about my experience with you.

PRICES

prices will vary from commission to commission. prices listed are given as a general range to offer for.

due to the new update, im having an even harder time wrapping my head around pet prices, so i am a bit iffy on those prices! i am mainly interested in wl pets (halloween, dragons, etc.) but i may accept misc bulk offers as well! rares can be equivalated into vrs/ers/omgsrs if desired.

alright you're almost done reading!! just one more second so i can clarify some stuff.

CROPPING refers to whether you want a bust, halfbody, etc.
POLISH refers to the level of rendering you want. sketch, simple shading, full rendering, etc.
BACKGROUND is self-explanatory. but PLEASE state whether you want a transparent, simple colour, or scenic background, and a little description of what you would want if a simple or scenic bg ^^

THESE THREE THINGS WILL IMPACT THE PRICE OF YOUR COMMISSIONS. full body costs more than a bust, full rendering cost more than simple shading, having a background costs more than a transparent one etc. etc.
