[Katnchainz]

Gem turns, a confused look on her face. "I want my mommy." She begins to cry and curls back into the little fur ball.

[butchbiologist]

Kanzii grimaced and rasped her tongue over the cub. "The lion cub that's with your mommy is probably thinking the same thing, know you see what he feels like." She said gently.

[Katnchainz]

Gem cowers, her mind racing at how right her mother was. She curls tighter with every lick, mumbling how much she hates lions.

[butchbiologist]

Kanzii sighed, "Don't worry little cub, you can go back soon."

[Bast]

(Um how did Quake get the cub?)

[Katnchainz]

Star watches the remaining lionesses carefully. And backs up as she sees Arwen swing at her, giving a small chomp on her paw.

Gem gets off of Raven, and scampers out of the den, slinking off to safety, away from all of the adults.

Quake watches silently, but soon notices a small form crawling away from everyone. He leaps forwards and grabs a hold of it, and races back towards the den

Gem let's out a loud squeal as she's carried off.

Luther looks up at the lioness with a smirk, and wraps his jaws around the lion cubs neck and pulling him farther into the den.

(Again. Le sigh /: )

(>.> That's how? )

Gem bats a paw at Kanzii's muzzle, a small cub growl coming from her throat. "I want to go now."

[butchbiologist]

Kanzii looked at the cub. "You can go home when we get back Raven and Quake comes back." She said.

Night stretched in the sunlight, keeping an eye on the entrance of the small tunnel in case the lion cub tried anything.

[Katnchainz]

Gem peeks out from behind her tail, looking around carefully. She didn't know who either of those lions were, and for that matter didn't know the one holding onto her. Her eyes are misty from her tears, and she lets out a sniffle, but remains quiet. She wasn't going anywhere anytime soon, and she knew it.

Star growls as she paces in front of the den. She had heard Gem cry out, and knew the lions must have killed her. She grumbles as she leaps a top of the den, laying down, her head in her paws as she looks towards the lion's den, a far gone look in her eyes.

[butchbiologist]

"Don't worry, we'll get her back." Night said to Star, pondering how they could retrieve the cub. "I don't they killed her, we have their cub and they have yours." She said gently.

"My name is Kanzii." She said, quietly her eyes were sympathetic.

Tabi ran after the injured impala fawn, leapt onto it to knock it over, and finished it off with a bite to the neck like she'd seen the older lions do.
