answered/agreed with similar trade last page.
"even if it's "fair", asking for quantity AND quality while the majority of your offer is a low demand pet, is a bit much. trading down lower demand pets while also asking for higher demand pets usually means you aren't going to get the full value."
i think asking for 12 ma worth of high value and quantity pets for such a low demand, high value pet, is too much. when trading down a low demand pet worth 1-2 nons, people ask for much less than that actual worth. 50-75% of it's worth is usually gained, but that all depends on the pets involved. an example of this would be the ur orange tree, valued at around 1.5 non. i have seen many quantity trades getting less than 1 non and have been offered multiple as well. lots of things need to be considered when trading down low demand/high value pets.
it's fair, but i wouldn't personally take it. td zodiac sets do seem to fetch more than their actual worth.

you're still asking for 10+ ma of high demand pets while offering a low demand pet. it's not unfair, but not personally something i would go for, but depends entirely on your trading partner.

yes you could get more than that, i wouldn't say you'd be missing out with that deal in particular. it's always easier to trade UP and get full value than trade down and get full value. so if you do decide to trade them at all and trade up the list, keep that in mind.
unsure about the value of first trade! none of the items offered have any particularly high value. but animal eggs do tend to have a lot of demand compared to some other items.
the second trade is overpay on their side. the may lioness has a lot of demand, making it 1 ma. but they're offering a nice handful of store pets, two of which are worth .5 ma each, so it's definitely enough to cover the value of the lioness and any added (extra) demand. that's not even mentioning the pps roadkill, which is also 1 ma alone.

At face value, animal eggs are worth UC-R of the year they were released, maybe slightly more since it's common for users to collect them!
2 '12 UC = 1 '11 UC = 0.5 '10 UC
2 '13 UC = 1 '12 UC = .5 '11 UC = .25 '10 UC
Chocolate box = 2009 Valentines = '09 UC/R = 2 '10 UC/R
Socks and scarf = 2009 Xmas = '09 UC/R = 2 '10 UC/R
For:
AE 5 = 2010 = '10 UC/R
AE 7 = 2010 '10 UC/R
Unsure of the horse, dolphin, dog and horse plush but it should be more than fair for the eggs imo.
