A RR is still worth an original's value, so whether you use the 3/mo rule or not is upto you (I, personally don't.) Regardless, this would be fair as the staff litter came out in Nov.
I do believe lions in general have greater demand. Staff pets generally don't have demand unless people want to collect them.

It would be a decently fair "trade-down," meaning you'd lose your list pet for their worth in "regular rares." If you don't want to deal with the hassle of lists/demand, just consider which side you like more!

The '14 R alone is worth more than your side, without accounting for the demand of that constellation wolf. Space event pets are generally received and might be traded for more. Something to consider, but just talking base-values you're underpaying.
