Unfair to you, the recent rares don't add upto 1 '09 R on their end and I doubt the malk has demand that's pushing it outside the 3/mo rule.

1) Your pet is from Nov '10 and they have a '09 dog on their side. The '10 rare is only worth 0.5 '09 R, so you'd be underpaying them.

'12 R = .5 '11 R = .25 '10 R = .125 '09 R
2 '19 R
1.5 '21 R (uc incl)
Orange Light Stripe = .5-.75 MA
3 '22 UC
'10 R = = .5 '09 R

Total '09 R = 3.125 = ~0.5 MA
Total MA = ~1-1.25 MA

These are just face values but it's under by at least a quarter MA (around 2 '09 R) for what that store deer goes for. Didn't calc for the recent pets because they don't add anything significant to the total.
Also, it's crazy hard to trade down the list so they might have cancelled for that alone.

And being a staff pet does not add value. (Unless its the Shima or Malk Mutant because they have established demand)

It's fair. I would only caution down-trading rares for uncommons.
