I answered trade 1 the other day -- but it is unfair to you. The bumblebee spider trades for 0.25-0.5 non, leaning more towards 0.5 non. Their side just has a few regular rares/VRs.

Added it up now. Pets add up to around a 2015 rare and a 2013 rare. Together it's around a 2014 rare

The store is worth a 2011 rare. So I would say the person is overpaying
