I have dyscalculia (think of it like dyslexia for math), so would someone mind looking this over and explaining whether or not it’s fair? No matter what, this will be unfair to your 2009 dog. Nothing adds up, and it's mostly commons/ucs.

Pink striped and dotted rat = 1 MA
Speckled advent rat = 0.5 MA
Gray advent rat = 0.5 MA
Dappled bat = 0.5 MA
LG Bun = 2010 VR
Tiny Bat = 2009 Halloween = '09 R
2 Little Bats = 2012 Halloween = '12 UC/R
Total = at least 3 MA with added assorted rares

For:
UR Pineapple = worth 1 Non but demand for it sucks. That being said, 3 MA isn't enough for the Pineapple and you could probably find better for it (1 Non = 10-12 MA)

Raven is 6 nons usually, and the only other significant pet is the sorb, which only takes it to 6.5n.

It looks pretty unfair to you, despite how popular the raven dog is... you could probably drop the joker (or any one of your side) and it would be more ideal!

In general items are worth common-rare pet of the same year in which they were released. How you value an item is usually user-user. One of two of these recent items is probably worth the '23 otter, and then it's a long game of rarity math to see if the items are worth the '13 UC. If you really wanted me to calc, it probably wouldn't add up to the '13 UC.
Honestly it's upto you and your partner with what you're ok with giving and recieving.
