"All right, come on," Juliet croaked, and started running on the balls of her feet in order to keep her steps much more silent. She was scared for not only herself, but Azura too. If Juliet didn't bring her Uncle there, who was still in the house alone with that random girl, maybe her Uncle's blood wouldn't have brought those expirements there. She blamed herself, for bringing death to all of those she loved -- even her new-founded love. It was a horrible feeling that brought dread to her stomach and heart, but she kept going, looking over her shoulder to Azura and see if there were any perpures. They needed to survive for their loved. They should.

Azura listened for any sounds around them as they ran silently, she looked at Juliet for a moment before scanning the trees. She couldn't believe this was happening, of course she knew it would happen eventually, but now?

Juliet and Azura made it past the stables, and Juliet new she'd have to run as fast as she could towards the city. Hopefully Azura could match her speed or even go fast than she can. "All right, we have to run," She told Azura, trying to sound brave and reassuring to the fellow experiment. "We'll make it without any harm done to us." And hopefully they'll be able to see Alex and Julian somewhere deep in a public place later.

Azura nodded, she took off at a dead sprint. She hoped that they would see Alex and Julian again. She moved silently and swiftly, looking back to see if Juliet was coming.

[Dogs Can Bark]

Alex looked around him, then nudged his nose into the experiment's wolf-like scruff. With one breath, he was sure it was dead. But it seemed like there was so many more, and he was already tuckered out. But he couldn't just back down like that.. It was unethical. Against the odds, the bloody and battered wolf lunged himself at another that seemed to be headed where Juliet and Azura were going. They fought for a bit, Alex quite out of breath, and the other experiment ready to fight for hours. When Alex was pinned down by this wolf, about to get his neck crushed, he hacked up a bit of misplaced blood. It went right into the experiment's eyes. A smart experiment would've kept fighting, but this freaked out like a chicken with it's head cut off. Alex yawned, (which actually reases adrenaline into your system) and then lunged himself directally at the neck of his opponinet. A few seconds later, he backed away from the corpse. Alex heaved out uneasy breaths, trying to catch his breath. It seemed as if he had the smallest lungs in the world, because taking deep breaths would make him go into small fits of coughing. He scented the air for more experiments, but the smell of blood was to strong. Whether it was his own, or the others he didn't know. His head was throbing, and it seemed hard to focuse on one smell.

((It seems so stereotypical that he'd win each fight.. D: But if not that he'd have to die.. so..))

When Azura ran, Juliet let out a burst of energy into her step and ran close behind her. She let Azura stay in front so that Juliet could see if anyone would be in pursuit of them.

It took a while till Julian finally broke free from the pack leader's bone-breaking bite, only to make deep wounds in his arm. Alex looked like he wouldn't be able to stand any longer, just like how it felt like Julian wouldn't be able to stand with all of his blood gushing out. Some of the pack had raided his house, and now he realized that anyone inside there are probably dead by now. "Alex, we're going to have to get out of here," He told the wolf-experiment. "I know how too, but it's going to be risky for the both of us."

Azura watched the path and forest in front and to the sides, incase the experiments were still patrolling. She looked behind her occasionally to see if Juliet was still following.

When it looked like Azura was heading towards the forest, Juliet reached her hand forward and grabbed Azura's shoulder. "Don't go into the forest. It'll be too risky to go in there. We have to run to the side of the road." With that, Juliet slowed down a little, panting slightly. They were really far from the ranch, and closer to the city. But only when they were in the actual city would be when they knew they were safe.

Azura nodded she watched cars occasionally go by. She sighed softly when they had reached the city. She hopped that Julian and Alex were still alive.
