okay so i will start by saying i have no idea what the warrior cats go for because of their demand, so im just going to do the math for the list pets i know the values of. from the math i did your side 2.5-3 nons, their side 2.75ish, probably a little higher.

sunjewel = 2.5-3 non

blue android (0.5 non) + red android (0.5 non) + green toxic (0.5 non) + grey malk dragon (0.25 non) + black advent (1 non) + halloween sitting cat (2 ma) = 2.75 + 2ma (again, i am not counting the warrior cat as i dont want to misinform.)

the sunjewel has lower demand while the androids and the black advent have pretty steady, good demand. while this trade falls math wise on the upper end of the 2.5-3 nons, you may struggle to trade the sj for the closer to 3 nons range.

grey malk + warrior + fiery gatoh + halloween cat + 2013 rare [pretty insignificant] = .8n
I'd consider it overpay on their side, but it's up to you if you want the pets or not.
