For:
Green Sorbet = 0.5 NON = 5-7 MA

The C$ meets the value of the green sorbet, making the rest of it overpay! It's upto you if you like their side of pets, but they only add up to a couple MA's worth:
3 '10 R = 1.5 '09 R
'14 Store Dog = 0.5-1 MA
'16 Store Lion PPS = 0.5 MA
'20 Store = '10 R = .5 '09 R
'21 Store = '10 R = .5 '09 R

Total '09 R (excluding FPS) = ~5.25 '09 R = slightly under 1 MA
Total MA = ~2.75

For:
Gray Malk Derg = at least 0.25 N = 3-4 MA

It's alright, most likely they are underpaying. You could probably get more for it.

Definitely overpay, it's just up to you on whether you really want to keep your dragon or not.
