Right now Riverripple hasn't told anyone that he NEVER wants kits again, since he knows it'll lower his chances of getting a mate, so the topic would probably only come up if they became mates first.

@Softbeee - since Ember and Cherry are the same age, maybe they can be close! I was thinking maybe since Ember's litter lost their mother, perhaps Cherry's mother nursed them as well since they would have been born during the same moon? They would have been apprenticed together, too, so that could have strengthened their bond. And perhaps they're still besties, and know each other's secrets - she knows what happened with Ember's family secrets, and Ember could be the only cat aware that Ashkit isn't actually her son, but that he's her brother's son. And since Sorrelpaw and Ashkit are nearly the same age, she could have helped him raise Sorrel!

I absolutely love this idea Cas! If you wanna roll with it, I’m all for it. Ember would absolutely be sworn to secrecy about Ashkit, and would probably try and play like the cool uncle haha.

Softheart - 86 moons - Agender (she/her, AMAB) - Has a daughter in Wildclan (Ladybirdflutter) and is the ex mate of dearly departed Lilaceyes. Loves apprentices and would be a good role model for one, if they can stand an old lady's rambling.

Gorsewhisper - 26 moons - Female & Bisexual - Former mate of Riverripple, mother to Creekshine, crushing on Timberfoot (but it's nothing serious). Big struggle with self image and simple things like self care. Being a mother so young messed her up BIG TIME. She's so broken and whoever helps put her back together has their work cut out for them.

Beetlepaw - 36 moons - Male & Gay - Has a brother in Wildclan (Feverpaw). Med cat apprentice so he shouldn't take a mate but like that's going to stop him. He could definitely have a secret lover.

Oilpaw - 10 moons - Male & Straight - Blames himself for his mother's death, gets stuck on this often. A little young for romance but a puppy crush could be cute.

Mudface - 24 moons - Female & Lesbian - Secretly (not so secretly) wishes Beetlepaw was dead. Can't stand the thought of outsiders. I think it'd be hilarious if she fell in love with a kittypet or loner molly??
