Honestly it's fair! Put 2-4 '09 rares but if you follow the 2:1 ratio, they actually might have overpaid. Also I have seen that green PPS dragon/constellation pets go for more because of demand.

It's not bad!
It's an extended release from 2008, so it's worth 1-4 '09 R, it's upto you whether you use the 2:1 or 4:1 rule... Regardless '09 R = 35-50 C$, so a '09 VR should be worth 70-100 C$ (by 2:1)

i believe the pumpkin pie pretty consistently goes for 1.5 nons. zonkey goes for 2 nons unless its TD which in that case fetches 2.5. so you'd need to add at least 0.5 nons/6 MA's worth to make it fair.
