Maybe something similar to the third pose in the second row here with them beaming at the camera and the end of their coat flared out a bit behind them?

Alternatively, they could be sitting straight in a chair like this or this at a roughly 3/4ths angle with their legs crossed, looking at someone/something off-camera with a warm and patient expression. They could potentially have a clipboard or notepad in one of their hands (which would be resting on their lap) while their other hand's holding a pen over it, ready to take notes.

I'd prefer for there to be a background for the second one- namely a warmly decorated office with a window letting in afternoon or sunset light, and a cherrywood desk visible somewhere behind them with a desktop computer, sticky notes all over the computer's frame, a few scattered pens, and maybe a stress ball or something on it- and can pay extra for it if you have an idea of how much it'd cost!

I don't really have a preference between the two, so just lmk if either's something you're interested in doing!

To be completely transparent, I am not very good with backgrounds and do not feel that I should charge for them. I can definitely try the second pose, but if I find it too difficult I can just do the first pose if that’s alright?

To make things simple, we can just so 1,500 C$ for now, and if I end up doing a background, you can send more (just however much you think the background quality is worth, no set price) after the artwork is complete.
