Cypher sighed a bit, curiosity still nagging as they avoided the strange smell and it's source. Being only two, he had to be careful of their surroundings. If Hakuren had joined them when he was arriving from his own "hunt" with Wolfcry, they might've had the chance to check out the smell. Stopping for a moment, he took a deep breath through the nose and caught the scent of a rabbit burrow. It would be wasteful to hit it alone, but with Kuroyuki, they could do it, if they were quick on their feet and reactions. He lightened his steps as he approached the den before noticing an injured stag sitting in a meadow by the rabbit burrows. Thinking to himself, he decided it was safe to hunt this one, considering it seemed stuck in place from it's injuries. Glancing back at Kuroyuki, he nodded his head towards the meat packed injured stag and begin to make his way around the back of the stag. Watching with his keen eyes, he waited a few seconds before yipping, a sign to attack the injured stag. Pouncing on it's back, Cypher bit it's neck, shaking his head roughly to try and stun the male deer.

The darker ears and darker tipped tail moved a bit. She glanced to Liberty as he and Nova appeared, along with Eros. She watched the beta take the pup to get some meat. She shook her head a bit, focusing instead onto their alpha. She figured now was as good a time as any to ask him. However, she saw he seemed to have something on his mind. It was like there was something he wanted to tell them. Therefore, she stopped short and sat down, waiting for him to speak to them.

They nodded to the warrior, and sighed a bit. "Someone needs to make her come back, then...so I hope Castor is over there to bring her back." He then threw a glance at Shy Fawn. He shook his head and rolled his eyes, then looked to Hyuuga. He nodded to him once more. He then looked to Nova, but she didn't seem to notice the rival wolves in the meadow...She seemed way more focused on Eros. That should really be Liberty's job, as alpha, or one of the other females maybe.

Deep foresty green eyes with gold ringing the pupils looked to Blaze. The white foot black phase she wolf tilted her own head as she watched him. He seemed to have a confused look to his face. She giggled a bit, then scolded herself and shook her own head. She then blinked, saying "I mean...yeah...we could also discuss that too. There was...something else, though." She knew she had to tell him at some point. She had a huge crush on him, and as the one she was crushing on, he deserved to know. Even if he said he didn't feel the same way, she should tell him. She should tell him and see what happened. She watched as he looked to Shy Fawn again. She smirked a bit, then took another bite of meat.

The reddish looking male twitched darker reddish or brown ears, and the tipped tail flicked. Lighter brownish looking eyes looked to her. He shook his head, but then nodded to her. "Ah, yeah...I get that," he said to the she wolf. They reached the meadow, and he looked to see Milo. He smiled a bit, but seeing River there, his heart sank...He sighed and shook his head. He saw the alpha and beta as well. He saw Nova was with Eros, and shook his head then said "Let's get in there."

The black-phase wolf sighed and shook his head a couple times. He watched her go off to discipline the pup...which wasn't even really hers. Kikui knew Kairo had parents, or had at one point. He sighed and stood, shaking off and heading back to his spot. There wasn't really much to do, not anymore. He turned around a couple times, then laid down. He pawed at his muzzle a bit. He then sighed and closed his eyes, after blinking a couple times.

The smaller and slender black phase wolf watched. The white toed and jawed one flicked his white tipped tail. The golden eyed one nodded back to the other male a moment. He felt warm inside, as the other seemed to silently thank him for the rabbit. He felt like he might faint...He scolded himself, then quickly looked to the other once more. He nodded to Dante a second time, smiling a wolf smile. "Okay," he said, as Dante spoke to him in what was an encouraging way.

He sniffed the air as well, seeing as the other male did so, and caught the smell of rabbits as well, tail flicking quick. He tilted his head a bit, watching the other head for the burrow but then seen to pause in his steps as he noticed something. Kuroyuki himself walked lightly as well, until they were both near the burrow, then stopped as well. He now glanced around a bit, and found the thing that had caused the lead hunter to stop: a stag that seemed to be injured. Also seemed older, otherwise the deer wouldn't be called a stag, but he put that thought out of mind. He nodded back to Cypher, and began to creep towards the stag, keeping low so the deer wouldn't see him though the stag really couldn't move anyway. When he heard the yip, he raised his head to look at the other. He then ran forward and grabbed at the legs, trying to make the stag go all the way down, trying to make the deer lie down.

The white muzzled shadowy one sighed as he looked to the other. "They've already left the camp...though I'm sure you could probably track them down." They shook their head a couple times. They then watched the other wolf. They wondered what Hakuren would do now, then. They glanced over to Dante a moment, whom really looked annoyed. They sighed and shook their head a third then fourth time. They looked away, and watched Hakuren once more.

The pretty but handsome smaller and slender golden pup sighed. Brown ears twitched as the brown tipped tail flicked. Brown and blue eyes stared at his paws. He lifted his head just once, saying "Kuroi...you can get the rabbit and finish it if you want. It's right by the nursery entrance. Your mom can't stop you from eating..." he muttered. He shook his head a couple times, then lowered it again. He curled up into a ball, and sighed again then closed his eyes.

Cypher kept the pressure on the stag as it fell, narrowly avoiding Kuroyuki. It made noises of distress before throwing it's head back, knocking Cypher off it's neck and into a nearby tree. Cypher yelped for a moment before standing up and shaking himself out, running at the stag and lunging towards it's throat. Luckily, he reached it, although he must've been feeling worse then he did at the moment because his bite wasn't as strong as it usually was. He bit again before pouncing onto it's back, keeping it down. " Get the throat" He said through the mouthful of stag fur and flesh. It was a muffled noise, shaking his head wildly to keep it stunned. He was careful as the stag feebly tried throwing him off again, chuckling at it's weakening demeaner. Glancing back in the way he came, he prayed Hakuren would show up in time to help them drag this nearly dead stag back to camp. If not, they might have to take it in piece's. Or they could attempt dragging back together. He definitely wanted to get more for the pack, hitting the rabbit burrows once the stag is back in camp. Panting he shook himself again, feeling the effects of the stags powerful hit to the stomach.

He looked and listened to the conversation between the pup and the Redmoon wolf. He felt confused about the pup's desire to join another pack where she barely even knew anyone and why because she had nobody left in her pack. He felt like the pup was not thinking clean now and that she might come to regret her decision later.

He made a growl of annoyance "Seriously why is everyone so hurry, they want us to join them but then leave without us even having a chance to do so..." he said waving his tail. He sighed "Whatever I will gladly be the rest of the day without eating," he said as he turned toward the camp entrance to leave it.

She was silent for a moment "As a healer, I could've never had pups...the job takes most of my time...even now I could get out to collect things I am needed to keep the herbs storage filled" she said sighing. She then shook her head as she looked at the male "Thank you for speaking with me...but I am not going to bother you anymore, I think you want to have time with your daughter when she is still a pup and needs you" she said to him with a smile.

She sat at her nest, her eyes following the Kairo as the male pup walked into the den. She didn't say a word as she felt like the pup wanted to be alone now. She looked over to Kuroi near the entrance, sighing she laid down at her nest to take little rest, but she was too awaken to actually get any sleep.

She looked at Kairo "Of curse she could not stop me from eating, and she is not my biological mother, just a she-wolf who adopted me" she responded to Kairo. She didn't really know why she said that, but somehow she didn't like to be called her daughter which was not true. She looked over at the healer and then over to the rabbit, before sneaking to the prey and taking it closer to the nursery entrance "Why don't you eat anything?" she asked Kairo.

He felt a little disappointed with the pup's answer to join the other pack even if he mentioned that there could be still wolves left who cared for her. Speaking of that even if she doesn't have a family by bloodline there the whole pack is actually her family, the family doesn't need to be connected by the same bloodline to be a family. He could of course be rude and force bring her back to the camp, but now he had luck on his side as most of his pack was very nearby and maybe some of them could turn the pup's stubborn head to think clean "Well then you could get to the woods to speak with those who could want to speak with you" he called to her. His head turning to the woods near the meadow, he could smell the fresh scents of many of his pack mates there, including Maison, who could be the one to speak to the pup.

He finished his share and get a step back, licking his lips he looked over to the meadow, the weird conversations he didn't hear were still going on, though Kaija and the Starlight female were already gone somewhere to continue their whatever argument they were having there.

He looked the way the healer was looking, he find it weird for the beta to look after the Eros so, much but then again as the alpha's son, he could be a higher priority than the other pups. Milo quickly looked down in between his paws, seeing that nothing else remained of his meal. His attention soon averted from the emptiness in front of him to River as she laid next to him. His tail slowly wagged across the ground as she thanked him for allowing her to join. He didn't see the point of keeping her away, since she could give him intel on the others. That way it would be slightly easier when he did approach them.

The wolf laughed when she brought up his hunger. It was his first decent meal in a long time, surely he was bound to devour whatever he'd gotten his paws onto. "A thirty six hour fasting will do that to you." he laughed at himself. He wanted to teach himself to go longer durations without a meal if it was possible.

Milo's ears tilted forward as his eyes now scanned the pack of wolves for anyone he'd gotten to. Truth be told, other than the leaders,- Milo did not know any of them. A light chuckle escaped when he had realized that she had a lot of explaining to do. "I have met Eros, Nova, and Liberty... That's pretty much it." he told her. It hadn't been long and like he had told her before, he spent his time scouting and in the den. There was nothing more for him to do .

He felt relieved when she moved off of the topic of his deceased mate. It panged him more and more everytime he thought about the situation or her. Eventually, he would move on , but for now Kiyu was his priority. He turned back in when the she wolf broke the silence that had begun to fill the space between them. He nearly scuffed when she showed him that she felt regret having her pups. As he figured before, she may just be overwhelmed trying to do it all. Be a mother and a member of the pack.

Louie quickly glanced over towards the dens where the pups were and then back to Scythe. She thanked him for the conversation , almost dismissing him to go on about his evening. However, he figured maybe he could help her out. Take some of the load off of her shoulders. "I know being a parent is tough" the wolf paused allowing himself a brief moment to collect his thoughts and form them into words. "I never thought I would have pups. It's certainly a hard job to do and balancing between them and the pack is a lot. " His words were firm , but allowed delicacy to try and let her know that he understood. "I'll help you keep an eye on them , when I'm not on duty. That way you can focus on your craft. Someone will still be there for them." Louie offered her a nod of his snoot. He could promise her that he'd look out for them so they wouldn't get into as much trouble as they did today.

With him having to go scout the surrounding areas, where the pups often played, he' would always be around them. That way she didn't have all of the pressure on her shoulders and wouldn't regret having them. If Mira were here, Louie would do the same for her. Being that she was no longer around, Louie was a single parent to a pup and mourning the loss of Mira in the same moment. The least he could do was share the load of parenthood with someone else. "You'll never be a bother, if you need to talk , we can. For now, I'll let you collect your thoughts, I'll keep a lookout for now . " he reminded her , leaving her some space in order to collect her thoughts. Louie had begun to walk away from Scythe, towards the nursery where the pups were. Just in time to see them sneaking a bit of food, but figured not to say a word as it was obvious the pup was hungry.

He watched the stag fall, and winced a bit, but it somehow missed him and he signed with relief at that. He looked to Cypher in worry. He'd heard the other male yelp. He watched him get up and jump at the stag once more. He watched him jump onto its back then. He nodded and went for the throat, as legs kicked but couldn't really do much. Cypher had the stag on the ground, so the stag couldn't actually kick. Kuroyuki was quite grateful for that. He grabbed the stag and held the stag until the stag stopped struggling. The stag continued to struggle, but weakened. He let go when the stag stopped moving, finally. He sighed and looked to the other, asking "How...do we get this back to camp, now? Also..are you okay?" he asked, addressing that now. He'd heard the yelp, and seen him on the ground. He noticed now that the other seemed injured. He wanted to be sure he was really okay.

Cypher kept it down until it died, going limp, before he got off it's back, still panting. At the questions, Cypher shook himself once more and sat, trying to hide any signs of distress. " Head back towards camp and get Hakuren, I'll guard it from the mongrels on the other side of the border. " He huffed, momentarily ignoring the question before lowering his head. " I'll be fine, a good nights rest will help. " He panted, wincing at the sharp pain in his stomach. But he ignored it, forcing himself to focus on the task at hand. He shook his head once more before looking at Kuroyuki. "Go on. Do not mention this to anyone." He huffed lightly, dismissing Kuroyuki temporarily.

He growled a little as the Redmoon wolf gave him some orders, but didn't say anything back, he didn't want any problems. Sighing he turned around as well and disappeared into the forest of his own territory. He walked forward completely forgetting what was he doing there in the first place, why did he and Elle go to the meadow? He was on his way back to the camp when he saw the lead hunter, Kuroyuki, and his half-brother there and walked to them "Oh I am sorry, did I miss the hunting patrol? Do you need help?" he asked the wolves his eyes looking the stag there.

He left the camp, he gave a quick look behind him for Wolfcry who was staying at the camp now. Sighing he took a scent of the lead hunter and Kuroyuki, following them toward the borders, sniffing again he had a fresh scent of a stag. He followed the scent a little bit further before seeing the two wolves near some bushes there, flicking his ears to hear some of the lead hunter's latest words "No need to, I am here now" he spoke up as he showed úp to the bushes.

She silently listened to the male, she stood up and wanted to press her head into his gray coat, but did not do it as it could give the wrong idea, or just be distressing to him. She nodded to him "Thank you, Louis, you're a great...friend" she called out for him with a smile. She followed the warrior to go toward the nursery, seeing Kuroi taking the half-eaten rabbit to the nursery, which was there with Kairo a moment ago. She didn't get bothered by that, as pups needed to eat too and she was not even sure if they were eaten anything before leaving the camp for their little adventure. She walked over to the healer's den to see the patient there, then looked for the herbs she needed to collect.

She lay at her nest but listened to the two pups' conversations "What are you talking about Kairo, sneeking out of the camp to see Eros was our idea...so we're as a quilt to this that you are" she called out. She flicked her ears to the rest the male pup was talking about "Of course we're going to stay on camp because we're worthless pups, who can't defend ourselves against big strong enemies out there" she spoke up with a sigh. She listened to what Kairo said "Hmm, don't say that Kairo, think about the positive way about that. I mean maybe you can't get out as a pup, but you can when you're an adult?" she said to him "and we do grow up, right" she continued.

She took the rabbit closer to the nursery entrance, her ears perking over to Louis as the fighter left her adoptive mother and healer to look for them, likely. She took her bite of the rabbit as she looked at Kairo "No, Yomi is her biological daughter, I am the only adopted one...I don't really have much of memories from my mother, but...I think my mother was great friends with Scythe and that's why she adopted me...when my mother...well...I don't really know what happened to her" she responded thoughtfully.

He looked over to Mikage for a moment "Now you Starlight wolf, get lost..." he said to the young male as he turned around to leave the meadow as well. He looked over to Kaija and the female wolf for a moment, but let them finish their own businesses there. Sighing he walked over to the woods where most of the pack were eating.
