I think I figured it out! 2019 was a crazy year at CF, we returned, opened, and then closed again ;o;
I did make a post on the claims forum stating any posts previous to that one would be ignored, but I can totally understand why that's a pain because you spent so much time posting the forms to explore!

Unfortunately, since we voided all those posts, I can't guarantee those items from the explore results without adding all the items for every user at that time that explored, but I know it's a big pain in the butt- so if you'd like some stones or ice shards to compensate for the lost items, I'd be happy to work that out! Feel free to PM me about what you're looking for, it looks like you had a *lot* of explores therefore lots of items, so I don't want you to feel let down on those. ;3;
