Hence the name, this male-presenting merperson has very heavy armor on and a removable weapon! You can even remove their arms to get a closer look at the breastplate... for reference purposes, of course
And yes! They have a tusk! Or a horn, if you will. For the sake of the design not looking like Pinocchio (not that there's anything wrong with that), I made the horn come from their forehead, like a unicorn :3
