I really like the sound of the washing machine and dryer from another room, and also the sound of loud keyboard typing, it helps me fall asleep lol

OH I have to add another since I forgot, but distant train horns! the past two places I've lived have had train tracks a little bit away and I actually used to take 2hr or so train rides weekly, so now nothing makes me snork mimimi like a good train horn. (also just being in the quiet car of my old commute, actual happy place for me).

I find looking into my old 2020 (or older) music calming at times.

I also find watching TV depending on what's on to be very calming for me.

Ice packs on my chest!!

Honestly having things on my neck/chest is calming in general haha. I wear chokers to help keep me grounded (plus it gives me something to fidget with!)

It's also really calming for me to feel my heartbeat. It freaks my cousin out to feel his heartbeat though. What does everyone else think? Calming, unsettling, or neutral?

mri machines...........

i know mri machines freak some people out so much they have to take some form of anxiety medications. they're loud and claustrophobic, but i find it relaxing!

Having something covering my neck: Scarves and turtleneck shirts are great, it feels nice and cozy.

Smelling certain fabrics, I like spraying my scarfs with a nice scents and holding them up to my nose and lips. I love the textures and smells.

Whenever I crack my knuckles, I feel better. Life is just a little bit better whenever I do it. I like the sound (but for some reason it disturbs me just a little when anyone else does it LOL). It just feels/sounds nice!
