Previous Experience: never been a staff member for a species that actually was able to flourish (but was a staff member for the sadly short-lived species known as Feathervals), however other various things that I have done include - regularly ask questions in the species discord when confused about things (traits, phrasing, etc), have a rude little brain that will find potential issues with things and not shut up until others are informed, enjoy taking stock (both in the sense of verifying things are there and the sense of having worked both food service and retail), and can say yes or no to others
