The darker ears and darker tipped tail moved a bit. She sighed as she watched Kaija just prance around..,then get distracted. Shaking her head, she noticed River wasn't the one to do it either. Sighing, again, she threw her head back and howled. She hoped the rest of the pack would hear it. She didn't know where they were all currently at. They could have gone out, gone off somewhere, for all she knew. Still, she howled as best and loud as she could, then fell silent once more.

They nodded as they looked at Hyuuga. They sniffed the ground as well, where he did, and caught the scent of the pup. "She seemed...really upset when her grandpa passed away. She ran off but then she came back," they said. "You said she ran off again, though..." they trailed off. They could see the tracks, so they knew it was true.

Deep foresty green eyes with gold ringing the pupils glared at Shy Fawn.. The white foot black phase she wolf focused her attention back on Eros. She smiled a kind, wolfen smile. She nodded to him, then sighed when he said he'd been seen. She noticed that Liberty kept pausing in his speech. She shook her head a couple times, as he also kept looking at them. She sighed and shook her head a couple times. "yes, you've been seen...and you didn't answer my question," she told him.

Starlight

The still handsome aging male smiled a wolf smile. The black-phase wolf twitched his ears and flicked his tail a couple times. He quickly followed after the younger wolf, or as quick as he could anyway. He continued to smile that wolf smiled. He tilted his head as he looked to her, as she didn't speak anymore after that. They were supposed to be talking, so he tried to think of a conversation starter.

The white muzzled shadowy one nodded to Scythe. "Okay...that's good," they said to her, then turned back around. They saw the hunter heading off to the entrance, and quickly ran after him. They saw he was heading for the river, and panted, pausing a moment. They got their breath back. They then called "I can come with you now."

The pretty but handsome smaller and slender golden pup nodded. Brown ears twitched as the brown tipped tail flicked. Brown and blue eyes kept watch as he followed. He sniffed the air a bit, smelling the scents as the two she pups did. He nodded and heard them talking. "I wonder what they're talking about over there," he said.

Starlight Pack
Mikage - male - homo - crush open - hunter - tags: Elle, Daisy, Kaija, Castor

He was focusing on the pup when an unfamiliar not so happy wolf approved them. He growled for a little bit but stopped when the stranger called out for Elle, which surprised him "Who is he? You know him?" he questioned the female hunter rather confused. His ears perked toward the other male following the cream-colored one, their scent could tell him that they were from the Red Moon pack, but he didn't know what business they had to the meadow.

Hakuren - male - demi - crush open - hunter - tags: Wolfcry

He was almost at the camp's entrance when the Wolfcry called after him, he looked behind the wolf "Alright, then let's get going then" he responded simply as he walked out of the entrance and into the forest area. He started to walk toward the path he nowed to bring to the river he was planning to go at "So do you know how to fish?" he asked the fighter.

Scythe - female - bi - crush open - healer - tags: Whisper, Oyryu, Foxleap

She shook her head "No no need to we may need to change his whole bedding, but later, he will stay in the healer's den, for now" she responded to the young warrior. She was not yet sure if the Whisper's problems were only because of the ticks, but she decided to him to be now and keep an eye on him, to see if he gets better or worst or if he has some other problems.

Yomi - female - demi - crush open - pup - tags: Kairo (with Kuroi)

She shook his head at Kairo's question "I don't know we're too far to actually hear anything, and we really can't get much closer either without being seen by one of them" she responded keeping her voice down. She looked at Kuroi "I don't know, it's not going to be easy..." she responded with a sigh.

She perked her ears toward the wolves, trying to listen, but she could hear only faint mumbling, she didn't get anything up about what they were talking about "Yeah, we're too far..." she said a little disappointed. She looked at Eros "So how we're going to get Eros's attention without being noticed by the adults?" she asked thoughtfully "Any ideas?" she asked.

Redmoon Pack
Castor - male - demi/ a - crush open - lead hunter - tags: River, Labrador, Jessie > Kaija, Elle, Daisy, Mikage

He nodded to Jessie as she was the first one to howl about the prey caught. His eyes followed Kaija little confused about his sudden leave, which made him a little suspicious about his pack mate's weird action. He looked at the other two she-wolves "Stay here with the prey, so the pack knows where to come if they come...I will go to check what Kaija is up to" He called for the two hunters and gave his younger brother a glare "You to Labs" he called out for him. He didn't wait for too long for an answer as he needed to look after the male hunter, running after the pale-colored male, which led him to the meadow. He looked over to where he was going and saw another two wolves and a pup, which seemed very familiar "Kaija, what's going on?" he asked his eyes looked the male and then toward the pup "Daisy? What are you doing here?" he asked her.

Labrador - male - questioning - crush open - hunter - tags: Kaija, Jessie, Castor, River

He looked after the Kaija when the male run away suddenly, he noticed that the other male was being a little abstracted during this whole patrol time. It sure made him wonder what was on his mind, but now it was too late to ask as he was already left the group. He looked a little disappointed yet annoyed when his older brother asked him to stay there with the two she-wolves "I wonder what that was about?" he murmured out of his breath.

Hyuuga - male - homo - crush open - warrior - tags: Maison

He lifted his ears as he listened to the sounds, flicking them toward the healer too when he spoke "I don't bale her, losing your loved one is always hard, especially for a pup, and was he like her only family too?" he responded to him, his ears still focusing the sounds around them. He looked over the path at the grass "So do you actually know if there is something she likes? Flowers, water? Anything where she could go?" he asked him.

River paused hearing the howl, she knew she should of been the one to begin the howl but she was still unsure of her standing in the hunt. She wasn't a senior hunter and didn't want to overstep. She glanced over her shoulder seeing a commotion. Staying quiet River surveyed the area to see if anyone needed assistance. She remained by the buck to protect it.

Destiny watched the small pup appear by the patrol of the Redmoon Pack. She shook her head, while pups were quick little things - they should always be watched. She had to wonder if their pack numbers were so low they couldn't watch a pup? A shiver ran up her spine at the thought. Returning back to the conversation, she considered what the other Alpha proposed. It didn't seem like a terrible idea - but if her pack was better off then would she be putting her own at risk?
Destiny looked over at Dante to see if she could read him for any feelings towards the proposition. She couldn't get a good reading from him. She was taught to lead her pack with grace and she would need to offer it where she could. "I have heard your proposition and I believe you and I will need to have an additional conversation. My pack is well off - we do not need the assistance. However I cannot deny that winter is expected to be harsh on our lands" she commented. Wanting to make it a point that her pack didn't need the RedMoon pack. "Are you willing to go on a brief walk with me? Away from the packs - I don't think we can discuss anything well with distractions" she said nodding towards the small pup.
Destiny knew Dante wouldn't be thrilled with her request, but if Liberty agreed they would be able to have an actual conversation without the prying ears of the pack. And besides, if he tried - I think they all knew Destiny could handle her own.

Blaze looked down at the pup, a little caught off guard as Eros took cover under his stomach. Blaze shook his head "He'll still want to speak to you later. You'll be fine" he mumbled. Attention turning back to the Alphas as they discussed. HIs ears pricked hearing Liberty's idea. He couldn't argue with the Alpha, it was a good plan. It would benefit both packs - the only issue would be trusting the Starlight wolves. Blaze didn't know the Beta of Starlight but could tell he didn't agree - humored enough for Blaze the Alpha of that pack - Destiny. Seemed curious enough. He flicked his tail keeping an eye on Liberty to see how he would respond to her suggestion to leave the patrols and discuss further. He'd have to secretly flank his Alpha to ensure they didn't try anything.

Liberty

In truth the brute had hoped his words would have a greater effect but to his dismay apparently Starlight pack was well-off making what he felt as an organized proposition, mostly geared towards mutual peace between the two packs and less about resources he thought, fall a bit short making it seem like his pack was desperate for help though that is not the case. It was a pity for that brief moment he felt they hadn’t seen eyes to eye like he had imagined so he knew he must treat this situation with further delicacy. Either way, had Liberty wanted to end this feud now would have been the best time because he out numbered her 4 to 2 and he knew you don’t have to be good at math to see how those odds will play out in a fight but he detested that thought. Liberty learned from the previous Alpha to lead with cunning and always have a strategy though right now he felt as if he was falling short of these teachings. In his silence, while he listened to her response, he brooded contemplating his plan up until this point, wondering if he failed. Yet, if her belief that his pack was desperate is the reason why he is here misleads her to agree then in the end this’ll work and as a side benefit prove whether or not true peace could be made.

After a brief and very verbal outburst from Destiny’s beta who showed his discomfort with his Alpha walking away with Liberty, it brought Liberty some slight joy to see him disturbed. Besides it was her idea, Liberty feared no Altercation should something happen. When destiny nodded towards Eros his cheeks ran a bit hot because he can only imagine what they must think, he looked over his shoulder again to see his little pup hiding under Blaze seeking his protection as if Liberty had a viscous wrath when it came to discipline even though that was by no means true.

The brute turned his head back to attention then nodded, “Fortunately, I am in agreement with you. At your leisure, I will follow.” He dipped his head respectfully after speaking only agreeing because her words were calculated and thought out he appreciated a mind like that. Maybe they could come to an accord with some privacy to speak freely. He only had one thing he needed to say and he would say it to his companions just before he stepped up to follow Destiny. It would mostly have to do with his son and the fact Jessie has howled to alert the pack of a successful hunt. He response should be made to her soon. Should things go well he would be pleased to permit Blaze, Gauge and Eros their mealtime. Admittedly he could eat to a full stomach could have helped spur better conversation or topic of discussion but not today.

Dante

Standing off to the side of his Alpha he stood nodding his head to her words as she spoke showing he agreed. The ebony brute knew they didn’t need the so called assistance from this pack full of desperate mutts who should be allowed to fade away with the winter if they are not strong enough. But he was caught off guard at Destiny’s sudden offer to walk and talk alone with this Liberty fellow. He frowned and didn’t even give Liberty the chance to respond. With wide eyes he stood to make his frustrations with the idea known, “No, I’ve stomached as much as I can today with these mutts. But, I really must protest Destiny you cannot just go off with a half wit and expect to make an accord! We should just leave..” He protested having much more he wanted to say but he was derailed when Liberty responded agreeing with Destiny’s views. His stomach twisted and he stifled a snarl, his lips still curling, “I don’t trust him to be alone with you...” he said still flustered. He respected her opinions and her orders but he wondered at what point had she decided to take leave from her senses to come up with an idea like that. Though he acted with disrespect and disregard for his position it came from the heart to protest if he didn’t care he wouldn’t have said a word.

Eros

His eyes met with Liberty’s again when the Alpha looked back at him for a second time, his cheeks ran hot then his ears tucked against his head, he already knew what Liberty was going to say the pup had heard it all before. Eros was bored and wanted to have fun he had friends in the starlight pack he wanted to see and play with again. But now he was engaged in the adults conversations and didn’t know how to get away. When Liberty returned his attention to the she-wolf he stared at his paws discontent until Gauge repeated her question. The pup answered honestly, “I wanted to see my friends…I-I have some in the starlight pack.” A part of him hoped he wouldn’t have to explain how he had become friends with a few of the other in another pack. Liberty had always said to keep that between them. Blaze’s words brought him comfort once again so in thanks the pup nuzzled his face into the fur on Blaze’s lower chest for a moment getting real cuddly before stopping. But then an ebony wolf erupted with frustration in response Eros yipped fearfully then went back to hiding between Blazes legs.

Destiny's let her eyes lock onto Liberty as she could see him considering her response. He almost seemed off guard at her stating that her pack was fine without their assistance. Sure the winter months would be more difficult overall however her pack had overcome worse before on their own and they could do it again. She went to add to her idea when Dante spoke.
Caught off guard, Destiny took a step forward towards Dante, not in a threatening way. She listened to his concern and nodded. Her beta and closest friend was truly concerned for her and she appreciated it. Destiny stepped closer to Dante and nuzzled his shoulder. One of her ways of showing she appreciated and respected him.
Almost in a whisper she responded to Dante "Thank you for sticking up for me Dante. I don't disagree with the entirety of your statement but when I was prepped to become Alpha I was taught to offer grace. It seems like the Redmoon wolves need a time of grace" she commented before looking over at Liberty once more "He seems honest. And I am making sure he and I remain on opposite ends of the border for our discussions. Only further away from other prying ears" she added "If anything happens you have my full permission to act as seen fit" she added with a nod of her head.
Destiny raised her head and turned back to face Liberty "Shall we go? Or is now not a good time?" she asked after hearing the celebratory howl from his pack.

Blaze nodded listening to the pup's answer. He couldn't help but feel a tug of emotion for the pup. He understood, growing up alone Blaze did want friends and couldn't blame him for wanting to see his friends. Whoever they were. Blaze was snapped from his thoughts by an outburst from the Starlight Beta. He felt Eros tuck back into his legs and Blaze couldn't help but feel a pull to protect him - which was funny because Blaze didn't usually like pups. Hearing Dante make comments about the pack almost sent him into a frenzy. Choosing to not rush to pin the wolf Blaze instead curled back his lips with a low growl directed at Dante. He knew if it caused anything Liberty would come for him but that was fine. No one scared their pack or made disrespectful comments. It was a no fly zone. He stepped back to keep Eros out of eyesight.

They nodded as they looked at Hyuuga. They said "I know...but she shouldn't just run off like that," they said. They didn't want her to get hurt, or...worse. He didn't want anyone to have to worry, either, because that could cause stress. Stress wasn't good for anyone...Shaking their head, they said "Maybe...flowers, since her name is Daisy." They then thought of meadows and fields. "There's meadows around here...but I don't know which one she might go to."

She tensed as the female suggested being alone...She didn't like the sound of that. Not only could Destiny attack him that way, but...other things. What if the two alphas decided they were attracted to each other? Jessie hadn't even had a chance to put into Liberty's mind that she liked him... Gauge heard Blaze then snarl. She quickly looked to him, then down to the pup. She nudged and nuzzled Eros a bit. "You...have friends..." she trailed off. She thought she smelled other pups nearby. She wondered if any wolf else had noticed.

She muttered "Those two are leaving together...apparently. Maybe you could see your friends for a bit." She then turned her attention to the male she had a crush on. "Blaze..." she said, with a slight warning tone then sighed. She nosed and nudged at him a bit, nuzzling him without thinking. She then squeaked and moved back, saying "S...Sorry." She quickly looked away from the other, in some embarrassment. She felt warm under the fur, and couldn't believe she'd just done that.

Dante

The fur on his neck was standing at end with frustration towards Destiny’s disregard for her safety. His fire colored eyes waited looking expectantly at his Alpha begging for an explanation. It was only just a moment before she consoled him the way she always did when his got his knickers in a knot over something, it was a gentle touch followed by her reasoning. His facial expressions softened for a moment when she thanked him for doing what is expected, she didn’t need to thank him, and As she explained his worry seem to fade a bit but not much.

He snarled when Destiny said he looked honest, “He looks like a snake..he’s lying, I know he has other motives! And you..-(deep sigh)- one of these days we will have you learn to not be so forthcoming with this grace of yours..”half way through his comment his attitude seemed to lighten up once again though still a bit wound up over the idea. Dante could swear that Liberty had other motives for this sudden peacemaking trip he was on. When Destiny finished speaking to him he was still feeling stubborn about letting her walk away but he gave in after the details of her last comment. “You can count on me to act accordingly in response.” It took a lot of self restraint to make the choice to sit back on his haunches and stare holes into the wolves across the border from him. Blaze and Gauge both looked like they had never seen a real fight probably nothing but in-the-pack ground squabbles or so he felt which increased his confidence. When the enemy alpha moved to the side, Dante was able to see the growl that Blaze directed at him. Dante couldn’t help but allow a wolfish grin to spread across his face, exposing blood stained teeth. His ears moved and flicked in the direction of howling coming from the Redmoon hunters.

Liberty

One of his brows lifted curiously as he watched for a brief moment on how the she-wolf handled outbursts from her pack mates. Her handling of it was gentle Liberty almost expected that from a she-wolf. Had either of his companions had an outburst Liberty would have traded firm words with them. But, from a distance he could see the kind comforting words traded between them. The two must have formed a strong bond through working together. They almost seemed a perfect yin & Yang relationship. The Alpha was kind and her beta hard like stone.

Dante’s insults did not rattle Liberty’s pride or mindset because he knew the truth of the things Dante and Destiny only knew the misleading information he presented as to lure them into a parley of sorts.

In the passing moments while the she-wolf consulted her beta Liberty stood, turned, and faced his company. “Blaze, Gauge.” He said softly looking between them both having caught Gauge nuzzle or nudge Blaze softly. Liberty hadn’t realized now was the time for this but he spoke to both of them either way, “Do not let his words control your emotions. He’s scared. Those who are scared bark loudly. I will seek her audience away from prying ears as she has suggested.” He cleared his throat then spoke quietly leaning close to them “In the meantime protect my son.” He leaned back to his original position “….and look forward to a meal. Jessie has announced the success of a hunt. If one of you could respond to her, let her know they can begin eating.“ The brutes eyes only made contact with the adults he was speaking to so after a moment he noticed that Blaze was already in a way protecting the pup.

He knew he had to find away to make peace even at the use of misleading the she-wolf to thinking their help is needed this winter to if anything at all improve the packs relationship so blood shed can never happen again as it did before. For the sake of Eros, Liberty knew he must be better.

His ears perked when he heard Destiny speaking to his back side he gave one last look to his companions that read I’ll be back then turned around to once again face the Alpha she wolf. He nodded his head then dipped it to the side respectfully, “Yes we shall. Now is the only time it seems…” he said turning his body a direction prepared to leave.

Eros

He responded in kind to the older she-wolf’s efforts of comfort in the form of nuzzles by gaining some big brave boy points and leaving Blaze’s protection for a moment to cuddle his head into the soft neck fur of Gauge. When he was done he retreated to Blaze once again, Liberty often talked highly of Blaze even complimenting Blaze on many occasions, Eros just felt safe around him and this situation felt tense to him. “Yes I have friends silly..” he said poking his head out from underneath the floof of Blaze’s tail. He continued speaking, “I met them when my mom was hiding from the packs…” he hadn’t realized what he said until it was far too late. That little statement confirmed Liberty adopted a child from a loner. Feeling like a half brain he retreated until he heard Gauge go on again about how he could possibly meet up with them. “Do you think that would be okay? Liberty wouldn’t get upset? Kairo is a starlight pup…” he said softly looking in the direction of Dante whose presence intimidated and caused Eros a great amount of fear. “W-what-W-what about him?” He stuttered, “he looks so mean won’t he stop me?” He questioned not sure if any of the occupied adults were even listening to him.

Destiny listened to Dante as he spoke, she watched him intently as he responded to her. She could tell he still had reservations about her speaking with the other Alpha. She nodded at his comment about him lying. Hearing Dante call her out for her grace was needed and appreciated "I know Dante. I offer kindness too much and for that I am working on. However, he showed you kindness in the past. Shouldn't I offer him a chance and hear his ideas?" she asked gently before nodding to his confirmation of acting accordingly. She offered Dante one small smile with an "I'll be okay. I promise" she added in a whisper before turning to see if the Redmoon Alpha was ready to depart. She watched him speak with his pack, watching how they reacted to his words. The black wolf seemed unhappy with the turn of events such as Dante. She watched his and Dante's reactions to one another and Destiny made a mental note to not have the two come into combat. A shiver ran up her spine, that would be a battle to the death and neither pack needed that. The howl from the Redmoon Wolves brought her attention back.
She nodded at Dante before speaking to him once again " Can you see if a hunting patrol has gone out today - I forgot to ask before we left. I believe I did , but I could be mistaken since we tried to have that conversation with Tide and all... anyway - I'll be back soon" she added quietly. To her memory a few wolves had left on a patrol but she wanted it to be verified. They had the wolf power for some of the pack to lounge and others to patrol. She saw it as a fair give and take however she didn't want her allowing the leisure to be abused.
Hearing the voice of the RedMoon Alpha, Destiny turned to face him "Excellent. Let's go then" she stated turning towards the border and beginning to walk alongside of it beside the Alpha " I definitely wasn't planning on meeting you under these circumstances, however I am glad to have finally met the new Alpha of our bordering pack." she commented making brief conversation with the Alpha. Destiny flicked her tail before asking "So, tell me the true reason you're seeking a trucee" She didn't want to come across in a rude way which she felt like she did earlier. She took in the appearance of the Alpha beside her for a moment before awaiting his response. She couldn't tell if the Alpha was bluffing about needing assistance or not and Destiny was determined to get to the bottom of it. Truth be told , her pack would fair well in the winter months however she didn't want to risk seeing like they couldn't hold their own. She didn't know the motives of this Alpha. The only thing she knew for sure was that he had helped her closest friend in a time of need and for that she could and would consider the kindness shown.

Blaze felt the hair on his spine start to prick, he was about two seconds away from tearing the dark wolf on the Starlight side to shreds. He could feel Gauge beside him comforting Eros and he was thankful for it. He couldn't focus on the pup right now since he was trying to not cause any issues between the packs. He wanted to tell Liberty that his idea wasn't going to work with the way these wolves were acting and that in his mind this could be a trap set by the Starlight wolves. He could hear Gauge's voice speaking with Eros. But he couldn't focus on her words to the pup. He wanted to make sure there was no threat to his pack.
His thoughts stopped when Gauge had spoken to him and his fur began to lay flat. She was reminding him that they were in a setting where he couldn't act without a plan. Blaze turned to thank her right as Gauge had nuzzled him and quickly stepped away with an apology. He could feel his fur heat up slightly. With a nod he looked at the she-wolf beside him and flicked an ear "Thank you Gauge." he said quietly " And Don't apologize" he added with a small smile. He turned his head once again to hear Liberty speak to them.
Blaze listened to Liberty intently. Knowing better than to argue, he dipped his head to his wishes and made one statement "I don't trust them Liberty. If you need anything howl and I won't hesitate to tear their pack to shreds" he commented seeing the grin from the Starlight Beta. Blaze locked his eyes onto him and shot a challenging look as if to say "one day." He couldn't help but be caught off guard at Liberty mentioning Eros was his son. He had a feeling they were closer than appearance however this confirmed it. Blaze offered another nod towards Liberty hearing about the success of the hunt and the order to continue protecting the pup. "I'll keep an eye on Eros. He isn't leaving my side" he commented looking down at Eros with a warning look. Now was not the time for a pup to be crossing any pack borders and he'd make sure of it.
Tipping his head back, Blaze went to respond to Jesse's howl to let her know her message was received and that they would be headed that way shortly. He opened his mouth and let out a howl, his howl was deep with a soft rasp into it. Once he completed his howl Blaze turned back to Gauge "Okay, are you ready to go meet with the hunting patrol?"

River paused hearing the howl, she knew she should of been the one to begin the howl but she was still unsure of her standing in the hunt. She wasn't a senior hunter and didn't want to overstep. She glanced over her shoulder seeing a commotion. Staying quiet River surveyed the area to see if anyone needed assistance. She remained by the buck to protect it. Her ears pricked hearing Jesse howl once more. Why weren't their pack mates answering yet. Almost as soon as she thought her question Blaze had answered - he had a more distinctive howl. It was a bit raspy but you could almost feel his demeanor though it. She shuddered - he was one of the wolves who always kept the young wolf on edge. She didn't fear Blaze , she just only knew he was not a wolf you wanted to mess with. "Blaze will be here soon" she commented.

The darker ears and darker tipped tail moved a bit. She heard the howl, and then River was saying Blaze was going to come over. She nodded to the other, saying "I hear him." She wondered where he was at, looking the directing the howl had come from. She shook her head, twice, and sniffed the air a bit. Her tail now wagged a bit, as she looked to their kill and felt proud. She then glanced to Labrador, as he muttered something. "I think those are wolves from the other pack...but why are they here?"

They nodded as they looked at Hyuuga. They said "I know...but she shouldn't just run off like that," they said. They didn't want her to get hurt, or...worse. He didn't want anyone to have to worry, either, because that could cause stress. Stress wasn't good for anyone...Shaking their head, they said "Maybe...flowers, since her name is Daisy." They then thought of meadows and fields. "There's meadows around here...but I don't know which one she might go to."

Deep foresty green eyes with gold ringing the pupils glared at Shy Fawn.. The white foot black phase she wolf focused her attention back on the others. She narrowed her eyes as she noticed Destiny's beta...Well, she noticed the look he was giving. She shook her head a couple times, then looked at the pup again. Before that, she spoke to Blaze, then nuzzled him a bit. She continued to feel warm after that. She squeaked a bit, nodding at him and saying "Okay." She then looked to their alpha, as he spoke. She tilted her head as he said this was his son...and wondered if he'd adopted him. Shaking her head, she looked to the pup again. "I'm sure we can figure something out," she told Eros.

However, Blaze didn't seem to want to let him go meet the other pups...They were just pups, and the two packs could stay on different sides of the border. She definitely didn't intend to cross over it. She wasn't going to risk being attacked. She first listened as he howled to the huntress' call. She nodded her head to that, then sighed as she looked at him. "Blaze...can't we just let them see each other for a moment? We'll stay on our side, and they'll stay on theirs. If they're...here...which I think they are. I definitely think there are some pups from Starlight around," she said. She then looked to the pup, wondering if he was hungry. "I'm...ready to go, but...he really seems to want to see his friend."

The white muzzled shadowy one nodded to Scythe. "Okay," he called back to her, then focused on Hakuren once more. He nodded to him, saying "I've hunted fish a couple times. Don't know how good I'll be...but I know the basics. Not that I'm really a hunter...I've had to help a couple times, though."

The pretty but handsome smaller and slender golden pup nodded. Brown ears twitched as the brown tipped tail flicked. Brown and blue eyes looked over there. He sighed, saying "Maybe we could sneak just a little bit closer." He had no clue the one female had already smelled them...or sensed them. He sighed and shook his head a couple times. "Maybe...maybe some of them will just leave," he said. He felt a bit hopeful towards that idea, and smiled a bit.

He watched the two alphas in the distance, able to see them. He began to grow antsy, and just...really wanted to go out there. He needed to wait for those two alphas to leave, though...He didn't really care if Dante was there, he'd still be able to call to Eros before Dante could grab him or anything.

Dante

The brute shook his head side to side a little bit while he listened to Destiny speak with reason. She wasn’t wrong to want to hear Liberty’s ideas but he would prefer if that’s where this ended. When she assured him with a smile that she would be okay he seem to give in a bit his eyes loosing a bit of their fire. He respected her choice and knew the sooner she set off to speak the sooner she could be safe once again. He dipped his head a bit despondent the spoke, “As you say…But, Destiny you owe him nothing on my behalf.” he said in almost a whisper hopeful that she would indeed be safe around the enemy Alpha and his forked tongue.

Dante watched the events happening across the border as well, watching as Liberty consoled his companions, he seemed to have the same approach using gentle assuring words to calm the distrusting wolf. Dante did not like when the male brute even insisted that Destiny was setting some kind of trap. His lips twitched fighting back a snarl. This was not trap! He was lucky they were even here right now to have this talk. Surely if Destiny planned on some kind of trap she would have informed him. The gaul of that fighter to even think of such a thing. —

Dante was pulled from his thoughts when Destiny once again addressed him with a nod. “Yes of course I can. If one is not already in process I will organize one. Obviously, when we are through here. — Yes you will, because if you do not I will come get you and fell any who try and stop me.” He said kindly.

He watched with great sorrow as she walked away with Liberty on opposite sides of the border. Dante was growing an unhealthy dislike towards Liberty even feeling disgusted at how proud and tall Liberty stood like he was noble enough for it. When Destiny was no longer insight he met eyes with the brute across from him who glared at him with challenging eyes. Dante could tell because he had seen similar expressions on younger faces that have seen more action than him. Dante winked. Perhaps sooner than you think, he thought when suddenly the ebony pup ran across the borders disappearing in some bushes his eyes and head turned watching as the pup went along.

This was glorious! The timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Dante would never harm a pup but adults who he would taunt and maim so right now seemed like the perfect opportunity for some taunting as the ebony pup, he assumed, was getting further away. The brute looked over at the two adults with a devious grin on his face before he taunted, ““It’s seems you have a runner ha! - which puts you in quite the predicament I think…in order to retrieve your alphas child you must cross the border to me…is that child worth your life? How far are you willing to go to follow orders from your dim witted leader..?” He said in a mocking condescending tone to the two adults who stood across from him opposite his side of the border.

Liberty

The brutes ears were perked in Blaze’s direction as he spoke to Liberty and explained how he felt. In response he turned his head to the side, he trusted Blazes wisdom and appreciated his concern, “Thank you, Should I require your steady paw to do so I will ask.” He said softly a part of him hoping he wouldn’t need to ask Blaze to preform that way, A bout between Blaze and Dante could mean some serious blood shed or a stand still that would leave them wounded. He spoke again to provide insight into his intentions. “I must take this chance Blaze. For you, For gauge, Eros and every one else. If I can bend Destiny’s ear towards a peaceful accord then maybe just maybe..we can have peaceful neighbors.” He stated in a firm manner that was more gentle than normal. —

“Thank you. Both of you.” He said looking between them both after Blaze said he would protect his son. A bit of stress left him, he would never forgive himself if Eros watched witnessed a fight at his age that wasn’t over rank or position. —

Destiny responded with a positive message and began walking, Liberty quickly padded along keeping up with her pace looking ahead to the direction she was choosing. He was careful to avoid stepping close to the border keeping a foot or more between himself and the line. After a moment the she-wolf made the first attempt at small talk stating she wasn’t planning to meet under these conditions. Liberty promptly agreed with a nod of his head in her direction before he responded, “I agree, it would have been nice to meet unencumbered with other pack mates who worry. Yet, It is nice to meet you I appreciate you taking the time to have this conversation with me.” The brute nodded his head respecting the change in pace with their conversation straight to the point. He thought for a moment looking over at her briefly noticing she was waiting for a response patiently. He considered the weight of his words and decided he should come clean. He cleared his throat then stopped walking hopeful they were far enough away to not be heard but close enough to hear his companions, “Destiny, In truth I want to make an effort towards ending the conflict between our packs. I tire of the drama and the worry when my pack mates are working outside camp. So, My proposal was a misleading effort to make that peace this winter. Though it still stands but now you know. “ he admitted to his treachery without a trace of guilt on his face. Short and sweet he figured because until an accord is made leaving his company alone was a bit stressful though he fought those feelings on the inside keeping his physical appearance in check. His yellow eyes met with hers waiting for her response to what he said prepared for a negative reaction.

Eros

Eros frowned because he heard Liberty’s command for Blaze’s and Gauge to protect him like he was fragile. Though he understood he wished he could go see Kairo because now he swore that he could smell him and possibly to others. The pup whimpered in response to the warning glare he received from Blaze then nuzzled the brutes chest just before Blaze lifted his muzzle to the sky and howled in response to the hunter known as Jessie. Eros figured this was the perfect time to make a run for it, he hoped that the adults wouldn’t be to upset with him because he was just trying to have fun with his friends. Of course he knew that Liberty would have some firm words but that didn’t delay his decision when the adults were distracted Eros made a run for it hauling bum across the border looking rather silly as he did so. He blasted through some bushes looking for Kairo swearing he could smell him around here somewhere now that he was across the border
