Guidelines

Please familiarize yourself with the Chicoons Rules & Guidelines.

1. Users must be 13+ to become Chicoon Staff.
2. Users should have a respectable history both on and off Chicken Smoothie.
3. Prospective Staff should be prepared to interact with Chicoons Staff and the community as a whole.
4. We prioritize users who are active in Chicoons.
5. Applicants must have Discord.

Archive Assistant

Role Description

xxxxxArchive Assistants will approve Chicoon MYOs, Selling/Gifting a Chicoon, and Revamp forms on the [url]MYOs and Sales Thread[/url]. Users must have knowledge of Chicoons guidelines regarding traits, event traits, copyright, and trait interactions. Applicants need an eye for detail. One must be comfortable asking questions when they are not sure of something. Users will be working directly under sweathie (703858).

Activity and Compensation

xxxxxArchive Assistants must approve (or deny) at least 10 forms every 2 months.
xxxxxArchive Assistants receive 1x Staff MYO for every 10 approvals/denials they complete.
xxxxxxxxxxA maximum of 3 Staff MYOs can be earned in one month.

Approval Assistant

Role Description

xxxxxApproval Assistants will approve Chicoon Growths, Transfers, and Modification forms on the [url]Chicoon Modification Thread[/url]. Users must have knowledge of Chicoons guidelines regarding traits, event traits, copyright, and trait interactions. Applicants need an eye for detail. One must be comfortable asking questions when they are not sure of something. Users will be working directly under sweathie (703858).

Activity and Compensation

Item Artist

Role Description

xxxxxItem Artists will create illustrations for Shop Items, Event Items, Promotional Art (e.g. stamps and banners), Discord Emojis and Stickers, and other decorative images where needed.

Activity and Compensation

xxxxxItem artists are expected to be active when needed. This means being quick to respond whether or not an illustration can be done, and creating the image with quick turnaround. Item artists will work under the Chicoons Moderation Team.
xxxxxThere will be no penalty for turning down a request for a piece, as long as you remain active and in contact with us!

xxxxxItem Artists receive 1x Staff MYO for every 3 small illustrations (300x300px or smaller) or 1 large illustration (larger than 300x300px) they complete.
