She walked over to the medicine cat den, her eyes looking at the warrior, Pearlscar, and their medicine cat apprentice Gingerpaw "Is there something wrong?" she asked them.

After leaving the camp he wandered toward the borders, his ears flicking as he listened to the birds and other movements on the grass. He took a deep breath of the upcoming wind, but it scented something which made him nervous 'a trespasser here?' he thought to himself as he started to follow the scent. He listened to the apprentices and let out a quiet purr of amusement. Keeping close behind the other warriors, he made sure to regularly check that the apprentices weren’t falling too far behind. He didn’t like to reprimand them, but that didn’t mean they could slack off and get too distracted.

xxx Stonehowl had woke up on the wrong side of the nest that morning. He had been on a dawn border patrol the night before, now as he woke his bad leg had been in more pain that usual. He looked towards the medicine cat's den and noted how busy they were. 'Maybe I'll stop by later... I can deal with this for now.' He felt a hit to his pride whenever he had to crawl to the medicine den for his pain, so he tended to deal with it on his own instead. "Nothing a bit of fishing can't fix..." He mumbled to himself. Despite his sour mood, he outwardly kept up his confident and strong demeanor. He looked around the camp and saw his clanmates getting together for patrols, he wondered if he was assigned to any.

You get to my age you've heard them all before." Merlin lets out another sigh but doesn't move away further from the clan cat.
"And what brings me here is the need for food. And who said anything on these lands belongs to you?"
