I wouldn't worry about it too much! It's impossible to get stuck in lucid dreams, and you can control them so they don't become nightmares.
Sleep paralysis is uncommon, but can sometimes occur after lucid dreaming. Though it may be frightening in the moment, sleep paralysis is temporary and won't cause any real harm. It always goes away after a few minutes.
The real concern of lucid dreaming is that it isn't restful, so it can leave you feeling tired. It can be hard to control when you lucid dream, but if you can, it's okay to do it sporadically.
